This is our first time staying at this hotel. Because I had an extra person they had to charge me more money. The room was not so great. The bathtub was stopped up and the toilet seat was broken. So when I sat on it it moved to the side. The light fixture was hanging inside the restroom with a piece of tape. There was mold in the restroom on the ceiling. They said it was a no smoking room but my blanket and sheet had burn holes in them. Online it says that they have a pool but it was all green and slimy and not open

DO NOT STAY HERE

**Avoid This Hotel – Dirty, Unsafe, and Unhygienic!** I recently stayed at Travel Logde next to Lackland AFB and it was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. The place was absolutely filthy—dirty floors, moldy bathrooms, and a strong musty smell throughout the rooms. It was clear that housekeeping and maintenance were not a priority. Beyond the lack of cleanliness, the hotel also felt extremely unsafe. There were suspicious activities happening on the property, I did not feel comfortable staying there, and I was genuinely concerned for my safety. I strongly advise anyone considering this place to stay elsewhere. No one should have to deal with these conditions, and I hope management takes action to improve the hotel. Until then, I would not recommend staying here under any circumstances!
to start the whole room smelt horrible remote had no batteries didn’t the dresser was all broken look like bought in a garage sale
The ight switch for vanity did not work
The toilet was like coming apart you can’t tell the picture the tub had caulking and like they did a quick clean and they caulk the whole thing in a hurry
Tete looks deceiving there but the pillows were nasty like yellow and the bed was so uncomfortable

Not a safe place to stay!

Not safe at all, from cigarettes and weed smokers to people eating straining from the serving bowl in the Taco Bell. Dirty and looks terrible. I will pay a little extra next time to get a better place.

Our room was changed like 3 times because it had cockroaches in every room! Had asked manager for refund after discovering the filthy animals on first room and they refused and instead went to switch us rooms! Filthiest place ever!
