I am compelled to express, in the clearest and strongest possible terms, my outrage following my recent stay at your establishment from [check-in 05/12 to [check-out 05/16. What was expected to be a basic accommodation experience turned into an unsanitary, unpleasant, and utterly unacceptable situation.
From the moment I entered the room, it was immediately apparent that there had been extreme negligence. The space was overwhelmed by a strong, musty, moldy odor, clearly indicating a lack of basic maintenance. The table was still dirty and stained with dressing, a sign that the room had not been cleaned at all prior to my arrival. This is not a minor oversight—it is a blatant disregard for the health and dignity of your guests.
What’s worse, I encountered live cockroaches in the room and, to my horror, worms crawling on the floor the following morning. This level of filth is disgusting, hazardous to public health, and should warrant immediate investigation and intervention by local health authorities. Your hotel offers no service whatsoever, and absolutely no security or care for guests.
It is appalling that a facility in such disgraceful condition is still in operation. I demand a formal apology. Should I not receive a satisfactory response within five business days, I will file a formal complaint with local health, tourism, and consumer protection agencies, and I will publicly share my experience on all relevant platforms to ensure no other customer is subjected to such….
