El menú del desayuno era solamente una barrita de granola y un jugo de 200ml, le falta mantenimiento a la mueblería de la habitación, muebles maltratados y puerta del baño quebrada, le falta limpieza al baño y piso de la habitación, las toallas "blancas" manchadas de mugre, a pesar de la buena atención del personal de recepción yo no volvería.

We stayed 2 nights, theres a brick under the popped out ac and a loose wood piece under there too, an empty tissue container, no extra toilet paper, 2 old dirty towels so we ended up using our own towels, also the front desk guy told us at the check in counter that the beds have blankets in between the sheets but we stripped both beds and found nothing. Theres no breakfast its snacks like greasy muffins and granola bars and sunny D juice, coffee is a joke!

No place to hang clothes(No hangers in the room), No tissues, no suitcase holder, old tired dresser and old tv and patches in the walls. Shower water temparature did not adjust and was too hot. Needs major upgrades to vbe a viable option in my opinion. A Beat up old hotel not refurbished and behind a strip club. Poor access and breakfast was not very good. Seemed like a good deal upfront but was far less than expected. Probably was better when it was a Ramada before this current name. Not great for $100+ a night. Good location was a postive.

Customer service is not the best. Also had fire alarms going off multiple times around 5am. Their "breakfast" is a LIMITED spread: muffins, cereal, coffee and orange juice. Definitely better than nothing, but super bare bones and minimal effort. The rooms themselves weren't bad, although I was assigned to a second room when the room key to my first room wouldn't work to open the door. Location is right off the I-10 so it's got quick access to freeways. There's a smoke shop and dispensary on the same block as well if you partake as well as a 24hr waffle house right next door!

La habitación bien, pero la puerta principal y la del baño no cerraban bien, nos quedamos 3 días y nomas limpiaron el cuarto un día, y porque tuvimos que ir, y la última noche a las 5 am dicen que una persona que había ingerido bebidas alcohólicas hizo qué sonará la alarma contra incendios, y de ahí sonó como 10 veces mas, ya no pudimos dormir

No ice machine and when asked at reception area employee said it was limited to one ice bucket. When I asked about breakfast... Employee said, between his teeth, in a way that I wasn't going to hear but I did. Breakfast is from 6-9 and it's first come first serve. So, it's not 6-9 it's as soon as they ran out of breakfast. OMG. The pool it's not open 24/7 or not even til midnight. Pool is open til 5pm. Room dirty, doors, drawers, Ottoman , lamps, bathroom, shower and walls all in bad conditions. Beds also in bad conditions. I will NEVER stay here again. Very bad. I'm surprise it's in the list to compare with other hotel prices. Not a happy customer

Bad stay

The ac was making so much noise it sounded like it was going to fall of the wall. Toilet leaking maintenance said half hr and never showed up. You could feel the springs in the bed and pillows were flat.
