Unbelievable experience – property damage, false accusations, and extra charges!
I stayed at this property for a total of 6 weeks for business and even changed rooms once during my stay. In my last room, I reported a ceiling leak to the hotel. Despite notifying them, the issue was never addressed — and on my last day, the ceiling completely caved in. Debris from the collapse fell onto my personal belongings, damaging over $2,000 worth of items.
Instead of taking responsibility, the hotel falsely accused me of leaving the already damaged room in poor condition. To make things worse, they withheld my deposit and charged my card an additional $30.25 for “extra cleaning services.”
After all the business and money I gave them, this is how I was treated. Loss of property and more money taken from me in the end. I get that times are tough and budgets are tight — but do yourself a favor and spend your hard-earned money somewhere else.
