Room was clean, we accidentally booked a smoking room and were staying for 7 days, the staff were so gracious to help re book us to have a non smoking room without any additional charges. The area is busy but 10 minute walk to the main train station and we enjoyed lots of the shops around the area. Very close to multiple convenience stores.

ALL of the staff was excellent. The entirety of the staff was helpful, at our service & helped with everything we needed. The staff earned 5/5 stars! The rating is 3/5 stars for the facilities ONLY. The room is very small, bathrooms small & outdated equipment. If staying here as a couple please look elsewhere, solo you may be fine if okay with very small unit. I’m 6’0 & my head nearly touched the roof in the shower.

Tiny but functional room, air con doesn’t really cool down, and had to ask reception for them to unlock the window so I could sleep.(“very dangerous, sir!!”) It can be quite noisy at night between ambulances and enthusiastically revving motorcycles. Staff were very helpful. Rooms were a good size. Breakfast was pretty standard, but the grilled steak was something nowhere else had. Lots of laundry as there were washers and dyers on a 3 or 4 floors. Location was good, Very lively neighbourhood. Lots of bars and restaurants as well as shopping.
