Adequate cheap room with great service

The ladies at the front desk when I checked in and when I checked out were wonderful. The hotel is kinda old in comparison and not fancy but it’s clean and safe and excellent for the cost. Refrigerator broke while we were there but we weren’t using it so no harm no foul.

Everything you need for a bargain price.

I've stayed here 3-4 times. The location is excellent, actually easy walking distance from the Houston Galleria. Easy on and off the W610 Loop and very safe area. For the bargain price the hotel is excellent. It is no frills, but clean, comfortable and very friendly. You will get all you need for a short one night, or a longer stay. Parking is free and convenient. Good tv service, comfortable bed and all you need if you are not looking for luxury.

Expedia and this property failed at providing accurate accommodations. I booked this hotel on the Expedia app just to arrive at the property to be told that there were no rooms available After receiving confirmation. Install have not received a refund.

We were on the plane the whole day and came there late at night and they didn’t have any rooms available for us!!!! Even though we booked AND paid a month in advance!!!! This is an awful experience with no rooms and bad customer service. They couldn’t help us at all and I was tired and disappointed. Nothing like this ever happened to me before . Had reservations for months in advance. Called day of arrival and they confirmed reservation. Arrived and the hotel was closed down. Was told it has been closed for more than a month. Ball was dropped on so many levels. Extended Stay lying to me. Hotels.com not notifying me of the shutdown.

Initially I booked at this hotel because of the low cost and location, it was very close to where I needed to be. The entrance was not very welcoming at all, could use some organization behind the desk. Anyway, I waited about 20 min before checking in but there was a sign. The room itself (312) was not up to my standards. Rusted refrigerator, stains on carpet. Overall, unhappy. So I decided not to stay and booked another room at another hotel.

We were rather irritated to find that, although breakfast was supposed to be included, there was no breakfast. No excuses, no compensation, zero. Not even a coffee-maker in the room. The room was clean but the bathroom looked oldish with marks. At least one towel was stained. Good location. We walked to the Galleria Mall.
