We had an excellent two week stay at the Club Hotel Marina Seada Beach. The hotel is very attractive with all buildings blending sympathetically into the surround pine forest. There were crickets / cicadas singing when we went which added to the ambience. The whole hotel was immaculate. The rooms were well furnished and comfortable, and the cleaning staff did a great job every day. Food was excellent both in terms of choice and quality, and all the chefs did a great job. One could have a whole meal with the antipasti alone, let alone the choice of pasta dishes and meat / fish. There was an abundance of all sorts of fresh fruit at every meal. The beach and sea were lovely, with warm, clear water all the way down to several metres. The sea was very suitable for children with it being calm for almost all of our stay. There was some seaweed when we went (end July, start of August) but nothing that spoilt the swimming. There is also another beach a short walk through the pine forest which was equally as good. The recreation in the hotel was good with tennis, petanque, mini golf (5 holes) and table tennis on offer. We quite appreciated that the equipment was left out for all to use with no need to book or ask reception for the gear. The only bit of improvement was that playground area could do with some renovation. All staff were very kind and diligent and were only eager to help.

Loved this quiet and small holiday village. Amazing pool on the seafront, good food, clean and cool rooms and lovely staff. There’s very little near this hotel so unless you really mean to kick back and chill then you either need to hire a car or use the bus service which is never on time to get to other locations. We were very happy to just chill. Really enjoyed our week long stay.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura per una settimana in quattro ( due adulti, un bambino e una ragazza) e nel complesso l’esperienza è stata positiva. L’hotel è posizionato in modo strategico, con una piscina che affaccia direttamente sul mare e l’accesso immediato alla spiaggia privata, un vero punto di forza per chi cerca relax senza doversi spostare. La camera era sempre ben pulita ordinata, ma purtroppo un po’ piccola per quattro persone e con un condizionatore piuttosto datato e rumoroso, che di notte risultava fastidioso. Tuttavia, a mio parere ci sono due aspetti negativi che voglio segnalare. Il primo riguarda la spiaggia: è vero che la posidonia fa parte dell’ecosistema marino e che la sua presenza indica un mare pulito, ma in questo caso la quantità era davvero eccessiva e lasciata lì vendeva la spiaggia meno curata e poco piacevole, ma soprattutto aveva a momenti cattivo odore. Basterebbe semplicemente spostarla e pulire maggiormente l’arenile per renderlo più bello e accogliente. Il secondo punto riguarda la presenza massiccia di vespe, soprattutto nella veranda esterna del ristorante. Il primo giorno abbiamo pranzato e cenato fuori, ma dal secondo abbiamo dovuto chiedere di essere spostati all’interno che era praticamente impossibile consumare i pasti serenamente con vespe e ti giravano intorno in continuazione con il rischio di essere punti e la costante sensazione di disagio. Nel complesso, la struttura merita per la posizione.

This is not a 4 star hotel, it's not safe for kids and it’s not in Budoni. My 4 year old was hospitalised due to hotel negligence. There was meat in the fish dishes and fish in the veggie food. Staff just shrugged. No Wi-Fi outside reception Food limited to specific hours; they leave you hungry if you miss them. No lifeguards at 2nd pool. Taxes are higher than advertised. Locks are unsafe; our rooms led directly onto pool with flimsy locks at child chest height. Location is inconvenient. Beach is horrid. Hotel grows deadly poisonous Oleander bushes, including around the kid’s pool and dining area. The flowers blow into the pool and onto tables. Injesting a small amount of the flowers can be fatal and touching them can cause a rash. My child put them in his mouth while in the kids pool and appeared to swallow it. I asked the hotel for help and was told “you’d know by now if he was going to get sick, don’t worry.” I insisted a doctor was called; the doctor said get him to hospital immediately. We had to put a lot of pressure on the hotel before they would call us an ambulance; they only helped when I started loudly telling the other parents what was going on. My child spent a night in hospital before getting the all clear. We both came up in a rash. We were told by our taxi driver that these plants are so deadly they are not supposed to be grown in hotel grounds. At breakfast the next day, more of these flowers were also all over the floor and on our table!

Great small hotel with all family facilities. Accommodation is dated but still good. Not much in local towns but very happy at hotel, pool and sea. Food was also varied and good.

Personnel très accueillant et serviable , hébergement très propre. Un lieu paisible pour se reposer et passer un bon moment que se soit à deux ou pour la famille. Les repas sont excellent et variés. Il y en a pour tous les goûts. Seul bémol c est l accès internet il est très limité

Hübsches Hotel mit freundlichem bis liebenswertem Personal, welches grösstenteils nicht sehr fachkundig ist. Die Klimaanlage im Familienzimmer (welches nicht so schön war wie das, für welches wir auf der ebookers-Seite entschieden hatten) müffelte nach feuchtem Keller (Service ist überfällig). Bei unserer Ankunft am Nachmittag war es dem Hotel auch auf Anfrage nicht möglich, uns etwas zu Essen zur Verfügung zu stellen (wir hatten noch nichts zu Mittag), obwohl wir all-inclusive gebucht hatten. Die Fahrt zum nächst grösseren Ort kostete uns 2x EUR 20. Des Hotels Club-Gebühr auf ebookers war bei der Buchung leider nicht aktuell, so dass wir vor Ort 98 Euro mehr als erwartet bezahlen mussten; keine Kulanz, weder vom Hotel noch von ebookers, schade! Der angekündigte „Bazar“ mit Souvenirs und Alltagsprodukten bestand Mitte Juni 23 bloss auf dem Papier… Bei der Abreise konnten wir das Zimmer dann ohne Aufpreis zwei Stunden länger benutzen, vielen Dank dafür!

Bella struttura, posizionata in una zona di costa con una bella pineta, ovviamente un po' isolata se si cercano servizi (negozi/bancomat ecc...) è pertanto necessario avere l'auto. Nonostante abbiamo soggiornato in bassa stagione (seconda metà di settembre) abbiamo trovato personale attento e disponibile e i servizi perfettamente godibili (piscine, ristorante, bar). Menzione particolare alla qualità del buffet che, nonostante non abbia le raffinatezze di un buon ristorante alla carta, propone cibo di buona qualità e varietà (e ovviamente in quantità). Avevamo con noi un bambino di un anno e la struttura si è dimostrata adatta alle nostre esigenze : lettino in camera, seggiolone al ristorante, corner con scalda biberon e minestrine/pasta per i più piccoli. Ragazzi dell'animazione carini e assolutamente non invadenti. Se torneremo in Sardegna sicuramente prenderemo nuovamente in considerazione questa struttura.
