Cigarette smoke everywhere

Everything was relatively acceptable or comfortable, except that there are no smoking signs everywhere and our entire floor and room strongly smelled of cigarette smoke. Never coming here again

Wouldn’t recommend

The bathroom shower had no curtain and I didn’t notice till I woke up at 5am to shower for work and couldn’t shower . Had people in the parking lot with a dog till 11pm talking and dog barking .

Cheap, not very accessible

The entire place is poorly designed for access and accessibility. From not really having check in loading area, to the doors, to people sitting under the entrance smoking cigarettes, to an over sized luggage cart to having ridiculously narrow halls that the oversize luggage cart doen not fit or turn in. I can't imagine how bad.it would be to try to get a wheelchair into this place.

open air drug market. children running around the parking lot unattended all hours of the day and night. paper thin walls, people stampeding around all day and all night. no utensils, plates, bowls, cooking equipment in the kitchenette.

The property is in a nice area with lots of good shops and food. Unfortunately the property itself could use some attention to detail like trash around the building and stairways. The elevator was OOC for part of our stay also. The breakfast is minimal, plan to eat out or bring your own supplies.

Pet friendly....Not so much

I booked this location because of it being pet friendly. When I booked the room through the app, there was no indication or field to specify I was bringing a small dog. Upon arrival the person at the reception desk saw our dog and said we didn't make a booking including our dog. At this point I had already paid. For a few seconds I thought we were going to be told we couldn't stay But we had just paid. Then I was told it was a $25 charge offered to stay with our dog. I feel like this was a huge case of bait and switch. The hotel was full of dogs and I wonder if they were greeted the same way. We would have been glad to leave and find another hotel.

The outside of the property was well-maintained. The hallway had some trash that was never picked up during the entire three days we were there. The room we stayed in on the first floor was average. Definitely could use a deep cleaning and some air freshener.

Do not Extend your Stay here

The staff was often missing from the front desk, they did not provide the utensils promised, the refrigerator was old with rust and did not have a working interior light. The only paper products in the room was toilet paper.
