I should’ve turned around at the empty water bowl.

I should have turned around when I saw the empty water bowl in the entryway. Not only was this a scary situation but this property is a safety hazard being ran the way it is. From an unsafe parking lot warning to one filthy room, and then another, broken room phones, useless MOTEL staff, 911 calls… and the final result? A full refund, after being gaslit by management. Day 1 -

Hidden Gem

THIS IS A HIDDEN GEM IN PHOENIX Out of all the hotel stays l've had in Phoenix, this was without a doubt my best one. It's in a quiet, secluded location which makes it great for those (like me) who value their peace and quiet. The hotel has ample parking and you can park closer to your room if need be. The staff are friendly and I stayed 5 nights and had the best time. There is a kitchen with a large fridge. The AC worked fine and I just had the best stay. There's a Fry's close by if you need to buy groceries. The hotel is clean and well kept. I definitely want to stay here again.

Great mini vacation at a great location

Great trip, had a super late check-in about 130am, staff was available and super friendly. Gave a list of places to eat and go shopping if needed. Room was clean, just a little outdated but nothing to cry about. Had a huge desk to work on which was perfect for me. Bed was super confortable, a bit low for my taste but the pillows more than made up for it. Made matters even better was that AZ Mills Mall was right down the street. All in all, staff was excellent and even let me get a late check out as my flight got pushed back from midday to midnight.

We booked our hotel a while back when we found out we were chosen to adopt so this is our “baby moon” Looks amazing in the pictures BUT when we got to the hotel, there was a stench which it’s pet friendly so we understand! It’s pretty dirty but we’re only here to basically sleep because we are so excited to explore Arizona. Long story short. We decide to stay another day. My wife tells me Absolutley NOT THIS HOTEL, but I explain, we’re just sleeping it’s only $115 a night. Not to bad. They first tell us no. They’re completely booked. No problem, I totally understand. Then a manager comes and tells us it’s totally okay it’s no problem we can book another night. We get the rate. $100 for another deposit and then $250 for one night. More than double for this room. We’re going to stay because we already paid but I Definitly would not recommend this place at all. I will say the blonde lady at the front desk was really sweet. I’m not sure if she was a manager but we really appreciated her kindness.

I will stay here on my next visit.

I stayed 9 days. the room was very clean and just what I needed for my stay. The staff was helpful whith the questions I asked. The location was easy to get to for my family and friends. However, at night we had some difficulty seeing the sign from the road and missed the turn a couple of times. My room was on the ground floor so the view was of the parking lot but since I was not in my room much except to sleep, it was not a problem.

Would have been 5 Star had it been a little more clean in the kitchen area. There wasn’t a broom or dust pan in the unit and there were only dish setting for 3 people. No blow dryer in the bathroom, however,I would still recommend it to friends.

Ok stay for the price

There wasn’t anyone at the front desk when we arrived at 11pm and we were exhausted. We waited 15 minutes and thought we were going to have to sleep in the car. So relieved when she showed up. Said she was saying goodbye to a friend. She was nice though and lent me her phone charger so I forgive her. Then there was no one at the desk in the morning when we were checking out. Not sure what folks are doing but they are not manning the station.
