Fabulous! Small boutique hotel feeling throughout the property and efficient, friendly service. Everywhere is clean and well maintained. Our room was bright and fresh. Plenty of storage. The food is excellent! Huge range of delicious food that exceeded our expectations. The service from all the ladies waiting on tables was excellent. We felt their service was personal and professional. Drinks service was generous and plentiful with international brands. Poolside service was helpful, pleasant and frequent. The pool area was small but there were always sun-beds available and we helped ourselves to pool towels throughout the day whenever we needed fresh ones. We loved the live music in the evening during dinner and the friendly vibe from the mainly British and English speaking guests at the bar in the evening was a bonus! We enjoyed the complimentary boat shuttle to the other hotels in the group. Just took the boat for the ride and enjoyed seeing the coast line. The all-inclusive package felt premium and there weren’t any areas that we felt could be improved upon. Oh! Would have liked a full length mirror in the bedroom!

My wife and I were celebrating our 35th wedding anniversary, and we had an excellent time there. The staff are very helpful and friendly, the amenities were perfect for a quiet adults only break. My only gripe is that there were not enough sun beds and towels, they should have a rule that if you have not used your bed or towel in an hour you loose the bed as many people would put towels on a bed as early as 7 am and not use the bed until way after lunch.

All the staff were wonderful and it has a very friendly atmosphere! We especially appreciated Sabrina’s attentive service bringing us drinks on the sun loungers! The included water sports are excellent. Great snorkeling right off the beach on the reef and the beach next door to the south also has great snorkeling. Holetown is a short ride away on the local yellow busses that are very frequent during the day. Loved our stay here but 5 nights was too short!

The staff was very friendly and courteous, Food was great loved the a la carte menu for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The hotel property need a little update but mariott is fixing that this year. I would definitely come back next year..

A fantastic location with the option to use sister hotels. Staff and food absolutely lovely. Service a little slow at times but this is Barbados I’m told. Rooms a little tired but large and our room 103 had a musky smell initially, this may have been because it was closed up? Otherwise very clean.

Good location, beautiful beach. Terrible, terrible service- all the staff seemed so annoyed. Food was ok. We stayed in a suite and it was so disappointing, very old and dated room and musty. Nothing to offer in the mini fridge. Paper thin windows, we were woken up by lawnmowers and delivery trucks every morning 2.5 stars

Pros: very friendly staff, excellent food, great beach, great drinks, clean throughout, good entertainment in the evenings such as singer and musicians, dine around scheme with other hotels such as Tamarind and Waves, sharing water sports with Tamarind, nice pool. Mask and Covid compliance was strong, masks worn by all staff and guests, temperature check on entry, easy to book taxis Cons: Not enough sun loungers for all the guests, restaurant service can be slow or need reminders in the evenings, no plugs in the bath or sinks, decor in the rooms could be updated. Lack of gym or spa specifically for Treasure Beach, can use Tamarind if booking a timeslot. Most of these cons have been mentioned by other reviewers, hope management will invest.
