Impossible to communicate with and cost me $400
So I made a mistake in the Hotels UX and accidentally booked for a week later than expected. However I tried to call the hotel multiple times (maybe 8 times) to try and shift the dates and only one time did they pick up and they sent me to talk to the hotel shuttle person. He called the hotel and appeared to talk to the hotel but then jumped in a shuttle to take other people to hotels. He never got back to me either. I feel like the stole my money and did not help me at all to fix the mistake. Hotels.com also tried to communicate with the hotel and did not have any luck. I just lost about $400 us on this.
