The employees are absolutly fabulous!

Property is excellent, food is great, loved that the room had plenty of electrical outlets and had a clock (very rare now for some reason). Loved the walking distance convenience to the cave tours. All-Inclusive is well worth it if you generally plan to stay on the property. I happened to love the many chickens on the property and the whistling frogs at night. Only gripe is that the Concierge was late, apathetic, and frankly useless.

Grotto Bay is a terrific resort. Beautiful private beach with great snorkeling. Facilities have been updated (some still ongoing) and they’ve done a nice job - beds very comfy and rooms are nice - excellent ocean views. Staff very friendly and welcoming. This is our third time here and we’ll be back!

We are repeat guests at Grotto Bay Resort which is only about a four minute taxi ride from the airport. Rates are reasonable by Bermuda standards, the staff are welcoming and the grounds are green and lovely (and includes their own cavern system). The kitchen has upped their game and is now top-notch. The unique (for Bermuda) all-inclusive plan is a good option even if you decide to take lunch off-property and includes passes for Bermuda's excellent bus and ferry system, but it's an easy walk to nearby attractions like Blue Hole Nature Preserve and The Swizzle Inn. We will be back, but planned construction of new wings which will take the place of the attractive tennis club and some of the natural wooded areas could be a concern.

Can't wait to return!
Room recently updated, clean and comfortable. Must do all-inclusive-food was excellent! Breakfast buffet, and Java cafe, 3course lunch, and 4 course dinner. Activities abound, snorkeling at beach around rocks - make sure you get food from front desk to feed fish, and definitely take a dip in the cave. The Spa was amazing! Everyone was very friendly and helpful.

Beautiful property with nice amenities. Cathedral Cave is beautiful and refreshing. We had a couples massage in the NaturaSpa grotto and it was fantastic. Highly recommended. The food is very well done, but the options are limited.

Everything was pleasant and available to us. Housekeeping was prompt when something was requested. Using the bus passes was a very unexpected bonus. One suggestion is the hotel provide 24 hour coffee service anv to patrons. Would be a nice perk. Overall a wonderful visit!

Overall loved my stay and would again based on location, amenities, all inclusive, food quality. Renovations are beautiful. There’s a few opportunities - more help during day at beach bar (overwhelmed) and picking up trash around the resort more often (unfortunately people leave trash everywhere).

Views from property were amazing. Beach and grottos are beautiful and accessible, we made a good choice choosing this resort. All inclusive food & drink option made our stay more enjoyable by allowing us more time to explore the island without the need to worry about shopping for restaurants or preparing meals. Vast majority of the staff were very helpful, kind and friendly. One of the outside bar staff, who also seemed to be in charge as one of the more mature members, was extremely rude and slow, which unfortunately stuck in our memories and lowered our rating in that area. Hopefully his approach to service doesn’t rub off on the other bartenders under his tutelage. Would recommend this resort and we would stay here again if we return to beautiful Bermuda.
