整體還好，但只有又高又斜的樓梯，沒有升降機

環境，房間都是很好的。 包早餐 是 continental breakfast, 比較簡化，麵包，Cereal, Yogurt. Juice, Coffee 如果想吃hot dish. 便要在餐單上order.另再收費。 覺得最大問題的，是沒有lift, 樓梯又高又窄，我拿住又大又重行李，每次拿上房間和退房拿下來時都非常痛痛。非常大問題！ 除了這個，房間內也是可以的，但只有廁紙，沒有紙巾，沒有牙刷等等東西。

Frokosten var veldig limitert om man hadde bestilt via hotels.com, ingen ost etc, kun smør og syltetøy som pålegg. Man kunne bestille fra en meny om man ville ha noen form for varm mat, men det kostet ekstra. Ellers var rommene fine og service bra

Very helpful staff. Rooms in excellent condition and very clean. Doesn’t have a bar, but plenty of pubs a short walk away. Plenty of parking in public open air car park opposite. Free parking between 18:00 and 08:00. Full English breakfast was one of the best!

Our second time in this hotel, this time on the top floor. Not suitable for disabled due to number of stairs and no lift but not an issue for us. Lush shower, way comfy bed, quiet on a friday night and ideally situated. Perfect for our requirements

Overall good experience

This is a nice hotel in a great location. Stayed two nights. Very quiet and comfortable night’s sleep. Our only criticism is that there was no room to store clothes/belongings apart from a very narrow wardrobe. No drawers or shelves to put things on so other than hanging a couple of shirts everything else had to stay in the case. There was a small foldaway luggage rack to put your case on but this was fairly inadequate for even a small weekend case. A small drawer/shelf unit would have solved the problem. We would stay again though for one or two nights.

Not bad

Friendly service, parking very limited however there is a public car park across the road. Rooms on the small side. Our air conditioning leaked all night and went all over the kettle and coffee machine so couldn’t have a drink in the morning. Was given a free coffee in the cafe downstairs.

Not what we expected

Every needed painting pictures were obviously taken a long time ago. Tv wouldn’t connect to the internet and wasn’t level on the wall. Aircon unit leaking all down the wall reported and not fixed. Toilets seat was hanging off. Fire alarm was tested at 9am on a Sunday morning.
