EXCELLENT CHOICE! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! This is family owned and operated. Husband and wife are SO SO NICE! Always very accommodating. Overall, the property was okay. The room smelled a little musty but fortunately I brought candles with me. It was a nice size room and ultimately you get what you pay for. The best part about the place was its distance to downtown due to the traffic there it was nice to come sleep in the peaceful quiet.

Great Convenient Relaxing Spot

Very pleasant stay outside the hustle and crowds of downtown St. Augustine. The room was fully adequate and there was plenty of free parking. We saw cute bungalows and a room with a balcony that would be fantastic for a longer stay. There was a coffee shop, a frozen banana truck, and a great barbecue restaurant all within easy walking distance. These places were without the lines and crowding we had experienced elsewhere.

Hidden Gem!

We love this place. It is our second year staying here during a visit to St. Augustine. It is like a shadow of the busy downtown tourist district with very fine restaurants, light traffic and great parking, yet not far from the historic area. The hotel is similarly quiet and not crowded. It lacks a botique style and has a lived-in feel, but is quite comfortable. We got a two bedroom suite for a very reasonable price. Management is on-site and exceptionally responsive.
