Horrible! We checked into our room late Friday around 11:15pm from driving over 2 hours to get here. I called ahead to let them know we needed extra pillows and towels so we didn’t have to bother once we got there. Sue said can’t do that right now, she’s the only one there, I have to wait until I check in.
Once in, we notice the AC at 64 and it wasn’t even cold. We had killed two spiders and the shower head overfilled into the floor. The room smelled like old mold. That is just midnight. We finally try to get some sleep on these small full size beds. Next morning I speak with Faith and show her the photos of how dirty the room was, the 4th spider we now had to kill and the AC was not working properly, also the eye lashes we found on the bed that wasn’t our. She offered to switch rooms but I told her we were in our way out already and only here for Busch gardens to take our kids. That we don’t have the time to switch right now. She said they would be sold out so I would have to do it now otherwise I wouldn’t have room to change it. I said I’m sorry but I can’t, I rather just be compensated with a discount. She said she will speak to her manager and get back to me. 3 hours later, she calls me back with only offering me 10%, which is $10. For all that we endure, the manager only wanted to offer $10 off. Then I check out this morning and have to kill a roach. That is not proper management. Best believe I will call the manager to tomorrow and discuss the is further.
