We arrived at 4am from the airport with a 8 month old baby and they told us they gave our room away because they assumed we were not coming. No text, no email, no call! Then blamed us for not telling them that we were going to come in late. We had already paid in full. We were stranded with no hotels nearby. It was a terrible experience.

1.Upon arrival to hotel, it took 25 minutes to register. There was only one person at the reception desk. 2. The reception desk was requested in person to have housekeeping service for the second day. This did not occur. 3. The access key card was activated for only one day when two days were paid for. The reception desk was aware that we were staying for two days as we were charged for two days parking fees. The service at Four Points has gone down hill as we have stayed at this location & the Roosevelt St. location in Philadelphia several times. Very disappointed.

Ridiculous Parking FEES
WARNING: This hotel charges $24.50 a night for parking!!! Had I known, I would have left my car in the storage garage for one more night upon my return to 'greed run amok' USA (totally regret staying at this hotel due to them hiding this important fact in tiny print). Hope this review prevents others from getting ripped off.

Look for Better options
This property needs renovations, the bathroom had peeling paint on the walls and behind the door. The key cards did not work, resulting into multiple to the front desk. The front desk required I stand in the check in line in order to have the keys recoded. Once I made it to the desk, the receponist lectured me about how sensitive the keys are and made it seem like I was doing something to de-code the keys. Breakfast not free, which most hotels offer. There was no coffee in the lobby at breakfast time for guests. I didn't find the staff to be friendly or helpful. I will seek other hotel options next time I'm in the Philadelphia area.

It was the worst experience ever. I hate everything about this hotel now. When my children were younger, we went there often. The rooms didn't look like the pictures, and it had a weird smell. The heat wasn't really working, the shower was nasty, and the smoke detector kept beeping It was just terrible

Good place for a short stay.
The hotel is dated. The Forced air-system was very loud and made scary banging noises when the heat cut on. The room had an odor. The walls were dirty and there were no bags for the trash cans. Exiting the parking lot was a hassle with the constant scanning of a QR code at the front desk. The elevators sounded like they were going to fail, but they were running with a minimal wait time. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The bed were comfortable as well.
