Give rando’s keys to your run

I’ve stayed at this hotel before and it was great. Not sure what happened. The lobby smelt like a ripe old gym bag that desperately needing washed, and the room wasn’t clean. There was long black hair on the clean towels and both beds, I’m assuming from housekeeping. Regardless, those two issues I could look past given the decently low price, however when I had to run to work for a couple hours, the grind desk thought it acceptable to make a key for someone who wasn’t on the reservation, and didn’t have my permission to be in my room. The night front desk guy told his manager the next morning at shift change and upon asking her about it at checkout I was given a very insincere apology and assured that “ she was going to yell at him”.

The hotel was good. We were not able to get our TV to work. It was a Roku television and not working to get local channels which is all I wanted to see. Maintainence came down and tried to get something and he was not able to correct the problem. At 10;00 PM they offered a new room but we did not want to do that, we were all unpacked. We were gone all day Sat. and came back in the evening and it still was not working. We don't have anything but cable at home and don't stream or play games, so you need tv,s that older folks can use.

Good for price but not great

Baymont was priced well and resonably nice to stay at. No real complaints and nothing sticks out as impressive. Breakfast included eggs and sausage patties. Which is great; but only offered coffee to drink in the morning.

Disgusting, do not stay, dirty and falling apart

the room was in shambles. it should be removed from service. you have a lot of nerve asking me to sign a non smoking waiver when the room is riddle with cigarette burns. the outlet by the bed didnt function. mold on the ceiling. lamp near bed the receptacle in it was broke with wires exposed. the door jam waa broken and in room interfering with door operation, sheets were yellowing and stained, paint spatters everywhere, whole hotel end to end is faling apart. look at floor/door when elevator stops. i could go on.

HOTEL FROM HELL !!!!

THEY CHARGED ME AN EXTRA $300.00 FOR NOTHING!!!! THE MOST HORRIBLE HOTEL EVER…the bathroom had corroded faucets, the shampoo , etc were EMPTY! The AIR Conditioner DID NOT WORK!!! The walls had three layers of paint where there use to be something , screws coming out of the walls, sheet would not stay on bed, curtain did not fit the window. Light switches did not work. ROOM SMELLED STALE, like an old smoking room!!! Phone did not work to call front desk ! At check out we were told that room wasn’t supposed to be rented! CHECKED OUT TODAY AT 8:00am, STILL ABSOLUTELY NO REFUND STILL!!!! NO MANAGER HAS CONTACTED ME! DO NOT GO HERE!!! ITS A NIGHTMARE. I GOTTA CALL ATTY GENERAL !!!

No where to put clothes. No place for bathroom toiletries. Gym was rusty and dirty equipment. Pool was cold kids wouldn't swim. Breakfast at 630 I had to ask both mornings for them to get biscuits and sausage they never restocked u less I asked. People walked over to Waffle House to eat because of this

This was one of the best hotels I have been to indoor pool was open until 11 pm and it opened at 630 am which is great that was the only reason we came to relax in a pool the breakfast was good also

The service was average. We were greeted when checking in/out. Checkin/checkout was very easy. The room had stains on the carpet. The handles for the stands were broke. There were broken chargers on the lamps.
