由于房间在地下一层，房屋非常潮湿。空调没有除湿功能，我们全家一晚睡眠质量很差，影响到第二天开车状态很不好。住了很多地方的速8，第一次体验这么差。

********$80 to sleep in my car!!! Beware******

I wasn’t allowed to stay at the hotel because I didn’t have the extra $100 deposit required by the property. The property assured me to call the booking company and my stay would be refunded or transferred. When I was finally able to get ahold of the booking company the following day, they were required to inquire with the property for the approval for the refund. I was told the property denied the refund request (even after assuring me to contact the booking company). It’s all just so crazy that I was refused a room to stay in and was refused the return of the cost and taxes of said room. So I basically handed $80 to a hotel chain and/or the booking company that wouldn’t/couldn’t and DIDNT produce said room. I slept in my vehicle that night and unfortunately this IS NOT THE FIRST TIME I have had this unfortunate experience which other then failure to read the fine print that is so hard to find you miss it completely- I did absolutely nothing in the wrong other then go thru this booking company!! And nothing I have done has been able to get my money refunded. So if you love sleeping in your vehicle and throwing money out the window. DONT USE THESE SERVICES. OR OPT FOR THE $8.00 PROTECT YOUR RESERVATION FEE. BECAUSE YOU MAY VERY WELL NEED IT!!!

Bad stay

It was supposed to be a smoke free facility, it smelled like an ash tray. The bathroom floor was super sticky. Later in the evening, pot smell was coming into our room. Tub was yucky. Burn marks on the safe. Very disappointed. Will never stay in a Super 8 again.

Not worth the money

We ordered a queen bed room. The bed was not a queen it was a full side bed. The pillows are not bed/sleeping pillows. They are square accent pillows. The bathroom ceiling was cracked and looked as though it was about to collapse and the tub was covered in mold. The linens were clean and the room was tidy but was still unable to sleep peacefully as the facility itself didn’t feel clean. They send you requests to check in online where you send them your photo ID and then charge your card for incidentals. Then when we arrived they made us do it a second time insisting us the incidental fee of $100 was not going to be charged twice. It was charged twice. Watching to see if they are both returned….. I understand this is a cheaper hotel but definitely not worth the money we spent on this stay.

Had to get a room due to winter weather conditions. I reserved an accessible room. I got a room on the third floor. There is no elevator and I have bad knees so that was difficult. The hallway smelled of cigarette smoke. Thankfully, once in the room, it didn’t smell and was clean. The bathroom faucet dripped continuously. I won’t be staying at this property again.

You drive up to a lobby that is locked door check in at 6pm. A guy peeps around and sees you without a smile. You don't know if he is the manager or what. He let's you in. You are greeted by a cage of what looks like bullet proof glass. Strangely there were a lot is cars in the parking lot that were nice. One was always running and people were going to that car. The hallways smelled of weed and we were driving through moving across country. The parking lot also had indesirables walking around. Valuables in a car there is no way they could vouch.. plus the massive setback of burglary happened wasn't worth the risk. We checked out 30 minutes after checkin when we came to our senses after a long drive and dinner. No refund was given. We checked in to the comfort suites down the street. 40 bucks more, so what were we thanking?

Good: close to Arrowhead, the Indian lady that was the front desk clerk was nice. Bad: the white lady that was in the laundry room that I asked for help locating a room seemed rude and loud, only interested in her cigarette break instead of being kind and helpful. Major bad: the hotel hallway and the hotel room and especially the hotel bathroom reeked of what resembled cigarette smoke and marijuana both. It was awful. I never usually leave bad reviews, and I had hoped we would have lucked out and had a good experience, but the experience was so negative I felt it was necessary to review (“WARN”) other prospective customers to avoid this property location.

Game day experience

I was looking for a hotel that was affordable that was not too far from Arrow head stadium for the Chiefs game that had tickets. This hotel had a shuttle to get you to the game and the rooms were clean.
