Lovely hotel but ask for a room on a lower floor
The hotel is really nice and I found the staff to be really nice too. It's in an ideal location right on the promenade so easy to find and I had no problem finding somewhere to park our hire car.
The only thing I would say negative is that my top floor room had two issues: it was really warm and I couldn't find a fan.
The other problem was that on the first night of the stay I had four wasps flying around in the early hours so I had to close the window - which made the room unbearably warm and disturbed my sleep.
The complimentary continental breakfast, although basic, was nice and was all I needed. You can pay for a larger breakfast at their other hotel according to the sign, but I didn't need that.
