Kind of run down. Elevator had panel packaging tapped over. Asked at the front desk for more towels. They said they didn't have any dry and that they'd call when they had some. They never called. There was a fight in the hallway of our floor that result in the police getting called and people yelling profanities. Did not feel safe to let my kids go out of the room without me.

Family stay
Staff are very friendly and accomodating. Room was clean. Breakfast and seating area was clean. Nice breakfast options. There was the smell of marijuana in the elevator and especially upon exiting the elevator on the 3rd floor (where we stayed), but it was not in our room and did not bother us once in our room. Room was spacious and perfect for our family size (6).

After checking in I went to my room opened a drawer and I found a small black bug and immediately grabbed paper towel and flushed It down the toilet I immediately spoke to a representative from hotels.com thst could not offer me anything accept another room at the same location which I refused I was upset bc I even purchased travel protection I then spoke with front desk and let them know I would be checking out I requested a refund and I was told there was no manager on site to approve that refund request but I would be contacted on the morning it’s day two and I still have not received my refund V or a call do not rent a room here

Beware of staying at this hotel
Before even reaching the room, everything smelled like cat litter, and cat piss along with weed and trash. Then as soon as we got to our room, I checked the blankets and the pillows and just looked around me and everything was dirty. Stains on the walls, stains on the mattresses and the pillows. The carpet wasn’t even vacuumed. The bedsheets weren’t changed from the couch mattress, and it seemed like the bedsheets weren’t changed either because of all the hair and other stuff that was on the blankets. There was mold in the restroom on the ceiling on the walls on the tub on the floor. There is water damage that you could clearly see. There was rust on the bars where they held the towels, the waterline was broke on the toilet. There was sticky orange stuff on the floor, popcorn kernels, and other food and magazines and Lego pieces underneath the couch. And there was a tear in the curtains, and when I woke up along with my three kids and my husband, our faces were swollen because we all have bad allergies. And there was about a third of toilet paper left in the restroom. And the phone that was already in the room didn’t have any cables connected to it, So obviously, it didn’t work. Also, I have plenty more photos, but I can only upload eight.

The lights in bathroom did not turn on I tried to take a shower in the morning and the shower head did not work. They also gave me a handicap room when I’m not handicapped. They should have asked before giving it to me. Communication So I don’t mind, but I’m not handicapped and the shower and bathroom was different. Everything else was nice. The bed was comfortable, clean and everything worked.

Don't stay here.
Place was dirty, our room smelled like paint, half the channels on the TV worked and outlets has two pink lines going down the middle. The hot tub was under maintenance and that was apparently my fault because I made a reservation on hotels.com where that wasn't mentioned. When I asked if I could cancel to go somewhere else, the front desk said no.
