This place is filthy, run down, and broken….
I’ll state the one bright spot first. There was a problem at checkin with payment from hotels.com and Josian at the front desk went above and beyond to resolve it. He should be rewarded for his customer service. The hotel……..dirty. The mattress on the pullout sofa was so stained it looked like a murder had happened on it. No bedding available to use on the sofa bed. My wife went to the desk to get bedding and she was given a torn fitted sheet which was too small and a blanket with hair all over it! There was a dirty towel on the sofa when we checked in. Bathtub….dirty and stained. The TV in the bedroom didn’t work. There was less than 1/4 roll of toilet paper on the dispenser and no xtra roll anywhere. The elevator walls were stained with something….not sure what. Elevator broke down on day 2. Room keys had to be reprogrammed twice. The auxiliary entrance doors which should be locked after hours were NEVER locked. Anyone could come in the back doors and no one would know. Trash in the stairwell which was there the WHOLE 3 days of our stay. Here’s the best part. When my wife took these issues to the manager he was totally disinterested. No “my apologies, let me fix it” or “I’ll take care of it”. His response was “I’ll let the owner know”. Geeeez…… If I could give 0 stars I would. This place is a dump and the manager doesn’t seem to care that it is….. Don’t stay here!

I would not stay again
I booked this through hotels .com and it was an 8.4 rating so I thought it was OK. The employees at the hotel were very friendly no issue with staff. However it was supposed to be just a quick sleep and take the 5am shuttle to the airport in the morning. Buyer beware. There was an $8 water charge on my bill someone charged it to my room, the help did remove that. The room was very 'dated'. The bathroom door was weird, a french door set up and did not close properly. The toilet ran all night long, looking into the toilet tank I could see that the rubber flapper was in terrible condition so we listened to the toilet run all night. In the morning there was nearly no water pressure and no hot water. We were to the lobby at 4:50am for the 5am shuttle and the driver was late and the check engine light on the shuttle was on. It was just a miserable stay. I did not want to change rooms as the trouble didn't really come to light until late and we needed to be up early. It was just a lousy stay.

Needs attention!
The trash was not emptied from the room! No hot water in the morning called the front desk they said they would look into it. Still no hot water!! The towels were old torn and straggled. Door to room was difficult to open latch stuck!

Not recommend
This facility is run down, the elevator shook like it was breaking down. We had a mini bar of soap to share between shower and sink. The shower dripped all night the tub was dirty. Staff were great!

Underwhelming
I booked this hotel as it was close to the airport and offered airport transfers. Upon arrival, we were informed that their shuttle was not operating; however, they could arrange for the hotel next door to take us. The room was clean but the shower spout dripped constantly and the mechanism to switch over to shower was temperamental. Upon leaving, I informed the woman at the counter in the lobby, she said “thank you,” but made no note of such, etc. of the concern, or room number. The pool had a lot of debris in it and the hot tub had only two jets that worked and there were small ants crawling all over in that area. One of the housekeeping staff was talking loudly on the phone in the hallway, while working and using vulgar language. The continental breakfast actually offered quite a bit of variety and some healthy options, which was nice. In the morning, when we left, many people were at the front desk complaining about a variety of items and the employees were truly trying their best to rectify complaints and accommodate guests. We ended up taking a Lyft as it was so chaotic; $10, IMO well worth the peace of mind. The stay was $120 and for what we got, I would consider it to be overpriced. We didn’t complain, I am not that type of guest; however, I did provide them our feedback in their survey. Again, employees were trying their best, I blame this disaster on poor management. Do better, lead your team.

The main elevator was broken, so I had to walk even farther with 2 big bags. The halls were filthy and the buttons in the working elevator as well as the walls around it were disgusting. It was the cheapest and now I see why, but never again. I was only staying overnight and felt I didn't need to spend as much money as the other hotels but I was wrong.
