The shuttle bus driver in the morning of 26 August is not good. He is not proactive to help guest on luggage. I took two big luggages from lobby to the bus, which I suppose it should be his work. But he did helped me moving the luggages from the bus door onto bus. I would much appreciate if he could starting his help from lobby.

Hotel was very good and clean. Waitresses could use help in restaurant because there were a lot of guests and were overwhelmed. Receptionists were very nice and helpful. We would stay here again.

Not My Favorite

Be aware that the shuttle service is dicey. You must stand in the correct spot—or else! It’s outside Gate 31. Even if you call them, they’ll blow right by you if you don’t figure out where to be. It’s called Pre-arranged 5 and it’s at the very end of the terminal. Exit the door at gate 31, turn right and wait at the very end of building. Do call them to let them know, but my husband and Dad waited for an hour before they got picked up despite multiple calls. I walked. Not too bad distance-wise, but hot and sweaty in the afternoon.

Convenient Airport Location

Conveniently located close to Honolulu airport with shuttle service. Driver assisted with bags. Hotel is older and clean. Meals were very good in the restaurant. Nice to have a restaurant open till 10 pm after late international arrival. My only comment is that I purchased the added breakfast for 2, there was only 1 of me. The menu was limited compared to the regular breakfast menu and I was charged an extra $ 5 for toast. Small annoyance.

Convenient place to stay

We have stayed at the Airport Hotel several times. It is the closest hotel to the airport and has a convenient complimentary shuttle. Staff have always been helpful with arranging early check-ins as flights from Australia always arrive in the morning. It is an older style hotel and is. showing its age but we have always found that it meets our needs for a short stay. It has dining options but is in walking distance of IHOP, McDonalds and Dunkin Donuts.

MOLDY OLD AND deeply disappointing, and I would n

We arrived at 1:30 AM, and the location was quite difficult to find. The woman at the front desk was only somewhat helpful and took 15 minutes to check me in. When I entered the room, I discovered it was full of mold, which immediately triggered my allergies. Unfortunately, there were no other rooms available, they would not give me a refund and having been awake for 36 hours, I reluctantly decided to stay. This turned out to be a regrettable decision. There was no shampoo or soap to wash my hands with. The towels looked like they where used at a car wash and the beds where stiff with no blankets. The air conditioner was incredibly loud, running like a freight train and shaking the room so violently that it felt as though an earthquake was occurring. To top it off, the hotel charged $43 for parking. Overall, the experience was deeply disappointing, and I would not recommend this place.

Overpriced and bad service.

Hotels in Honolulu are so expensive and getting to downtown is also expensive so I chose to stay at the airport for my two nights there. The pool was okay with a limited number of chairs. The $25 “resort” fee is ridiculous. The sign posted at the front desk explains the amenities it covers but they are all things you get for free at every other hotel in the world. The shuttle only goes once an hour even though they are only 3 minutes from the airport which is absurd. I found the staff to be surly and rude. When I asked the pool bar for a cup of ice for my protein shake I was told “there are cups in your room and an ice machine in the hall.” I came to the conclusion that there are a lot of military and government workers staying at this location, some apparently long term, so with the government contract they have no incentive to provide quality service.
