Don't stay here. What Breakfast? Wasn't informed there was breakfast. Unless you paying they have advertisements of a cafe that is no longer there. Front desk triple charged me. $100 deposit for resort fee? What resort? That is not a resort. Bathrooms have dollar store plaster covering the original floors. Bathtub has the drain copper green, brown substance splatter on Bathroom walls.Should not even be on Hotels.com

I asked them to clean my room 5 times, they didn’t till the last day, homeless people in the room next to me. They made me walk to the front desk 8 times, I was put on hold for 28 minutes then the front desk person Jazzman said her manager was dealing with another unruly, angry guest when I wasn’t, I told her I wasn’t being angry and she hung up on me. Roaches in the room, construction outside my room all week, and the workers were aggressive and got my car dirty. They did nothing for me, honestly I don’t have enough time, the rotten lemon that was behind the chair was a nice touch too….
After they cleaned my room after 6 days, they left this outside all day.

Checking in was not the best. There was one rep and I stood in line for over 25min while she handled a customer. After I received my key, I walked from the Casino to the room 2 separate times because the key did not work, this resulted in being assigned another room.

The fridge did not work The phone did not work The TV remote looks like it had been in the trashcan. I had to put a baggie over it to use it. I added an extra day talk to the manager he was gonna make sure housekeeping came in I got home from work and nobody had been there he was gonna have the fridge looked at. So I had to wait over an hour to get towels and coffee and a new ice bag. Not sure if the manager didn’t relay the message or if the housekeeping is not that good Lots of very dirty carpet I usually stay at a different hotel the hundred plus times I am here for work. There is a Denny’s moving in so that is good The stay was OK. I have stayed there before at least this room had better TV on the last. There are very limited lamps or lighting. There was a guy at two in the morning yelling outside the windows, but I couldn’t call the front desk or security because my phone didn’t work and I wasn’t gonna call 911 but that is the kind of area of town it is in there are a lot of homeless people that wander around all the times I have checked in the check-in is usually a very long wait at this hotel all in all I knew what I was getting and it is one of the two cheapest hotels in Las Vegas Metro so you have to go in knowing you’re not gonna get a high-end classy room, but it was acceptable for what it was

The room was very raggedy looking, and it had a wet smell, also I didn’t get any house service even though I requested for my room to be cleaned and also to get new towels and sheets change no one ever came. Also, the curtains fell down and no one ever came back to put it back up. It was a very terrible stay for me and my daughters and they really need to remodel that whole place. The rooms are not in good condition.
