Not happy at all
I waited at the front desk for someone to check me in took over 30 minutes. Along with that Hotels.com didn’t have me registered at this hotel thank God they had three rooms left! They did not have me checking in in their computer system! Hotels.com drop the ball. The microwave oven was never cleaned when I went to warm some food up. Very disgusting.

NOT RECOMMENDED
I reserved a few nights at this location for a business trip. The online photos looked appealing and the studio concept was a plus. Needless to say, it was nothing at all as advertised. The bathroom sink faucet was dirty, floors were sticky, and worse of all, the bedsheets were blood stained! I had to scramble to reserve another room a few cities over. I will never return again and would never recommend it!

Would not stay here again
Front desk staff could have been friendlier and more attentive; they are very low energy and lack urgency to your questions. Upon check-in I noticed the shower was missing a curtain, I requested one and was told to call back in the morning. I went by the front desk at 8am and mentioned I would be out until 10am and if they could provide a shower curtain. There was no shower curtain when I arrived after 10am. Additionally the guests in the room next to me were very loud from 9pm to Midnight yelling and cussing at their small children to go to sleep. The walls are thin and this affected my sleep greatly

Do not stay here!!
Steer clear of this establishment. There are a few better hotels in the same area. This hotel had a very bad smell, no blankets, no dishes or silverware in the kitchenette. There is no ice machine on the premises and people are living here, so there is a lot of hallway, traffic and very noisy at night. Unfortunately I would never stay here again and cannot recommend it at all. Price is high also.

Horrible conditions
The hotel was terrible horrible dirty smelled like urine room was not clean, I did not stay, I left requested a refund!!! But they say they couldn't give me a refund. Spoke to a guy named Harsh, guess it coincides with the hotel.

Hotel needs to fix their function that makes a key work on the room thats given. Took 20 minutes to make the key work. Not goid! Curtains in room don't cover 100% of window.

Dont Stay Here.
They canceled my reservation without contacting me and then refused to service me. The gentleman was rude and would not accommodate my family. The rooms was dirty there was black hairs everywhere and it smelled like cigarette smoke. Would never stay here again.
