Hot water for teas are constantly ran out and rarely re filled. Condition in the hotel are average because there are some damages in the hotel room, I don’t feel $100 deposit really worth the price. It should be less. Bathroom in the room was clean but I found a dead water bug being stuck right outside of the venting system. Overall, hotel room was clean. They changed the refrigerator immediately. I will give this hotel room grade B.

Easy check in. But room I was given was not clean when I opened it. So went back downstairs to let them know. They gave me another room that was clean. But was told it smelt like mildew. Which it did was was terrible and hard to sleep all night. Contemplated leaving but it was already 3am. So 0 for 2 on both rooms at hotel.

The stay was okay . Upon arriving you have to pay 100 deposit I was not made aware of and the young lady at the front had a very poor attitude. I would book again but the staff makes me not want to book ever again . The day time ladies were very nice and housekeeping was also very nice and very nice to my children as well which I very much appreciate. Rooms are a little outdated but for the price it was fine . Remote had no batteries , so I go find the young lady ( rude one ) and ask about batteries and she is just like I don’t have batteries at this desk and have no information as to when to go find batteries at . Also they have breakfast of STALE croissants etc very basic very dry and they are tryna charge 10 a person for those is crazy .

Below average customer service which made me regret choosing this place from the first interaction... common courtesy would suggest a front desk attendent to at minimum use the words please and thank you. ... outdated rooms stripped of all amenities including even a coffee maker or phone... mold in the caulking of the shower... the a/c unit was so loud I had to sleep with my earbuds in. This was not a place worthy of an above 7 rating and that is why I chose the place and why I am leaving this review.

Beds were ok, but some maintenance issues are severely lacking. When we arrived in the room, the lights above the bed were on. As it turns out, the knob to control the lights was broken, so the bulbs had to be unscrewed to turn the lights off. The bulbs were all coiled fluorescent bulbs which may or may not have been subject to recall. The shower faucet was broken, only providing hot water, making it impossible to shower. One of the door handles on an emergency exit door was broken, so the door could not be used (probably not a good thing in the event of a fire). Maybe I just got the one bad room...
