Hotel correct mais un peu défraîchi

Le sejour c’est bien passé. Les surprises ont ete surtout à la facturation. Nous sommes une famillen de 5 et nous avons du payé un extra 10$ (quand la fiche indiquait que la chambre loge 5 personnes) et nous avons eu 25$ de chargé pour le stationnement?? Et une charge pour une bouteille d’eau non consommée/utilisée. Tres proche des chutes. A 15min à pieds de toutes les activités. Piscine sur place ansi qu’une arcade.

Stay away

Room was outdated, dirty, plaster on the wall, wall in bathroom was bowed in- could put your foot thru it as possible water damage, black mold along windows, no fridge, no microwave, mattress stained. Had to leave day earlier than planned. I’ve stayed at way cheaper rates low cost motels that were cleaner than these. And at a main tourist destination. Guarantee was the first and last time I would go there.

What Happened to Ramada?

The bed felt like a box spring. The bath tub was filthy and the toilet was running the entire time. Two of the lamps were not working and carpet was just dirty. I saw a large bug crawling on my pillow and that was it. We got dressed, packed up and immediately checked out 2-3 am. Staff were not interested at all. This is the 2nd time we have run into a problem at a Ramada - a formerly trusted name in hotels. Waste of time and money. Will never stay at a Ramada again.

My stay was terrible! The hair dryer didn't work, the shower curtain had holes in it. The bathroom wall had a hole under the vanity. The tub was dated, sheets were stained from a previous stay, they didn't change the linens and just made the bed. The pillows are not meant for long sleepers, they do not retain shape, or comfort. The mattress was uncomfortable and old. Calling the front desk took forever. The stay was affordable but you get what you paid for.

Full picture on price not stated... no more

I booked the trip under the assumption I had a price confirmed and set. I want informed of the parking fee or the added taxes. That aside i was not told of the change of the room increased because of the weekend. I would like to be informed of this prior to booking. When you book you should know at least the price of the room daily. The price of the room increased $75 and then $125 for the next day. I will contact hotels randomly next time. Thank you.

Ramada

The stay was not great .. the sheets were dirty as we noticed when we pullled back the cover to relax before getting ready .. they sent a text to reply if we needed anything but then never responded to everything I sent .. so that was useless.. we had to advise the hotel at the end of the night about the sheets and they brought more so we could cover the dirty ones.. not ideal as my text asked for them to be changed.. Also flies had gotten in the room and there was a weird smell as soon as we opened the door .. This hotel is old and definitely needs a renovation.. the tv is small and there is no fridge which is offered in multiple hotels of this star rating.. they want you to pay for it now which is ridiculous for a “deluxe suite” and this price point.
Clearly dirty sheets taken and sent within an hour of checking in.
Bed is clearly made showing that we had just pulled back the cover and noticed the stain

Worst hotel and unsafe !! avoid this hotel

In the First Room the carpet was soaking wet, dirty carpet. In the 2nd room the door was unable to lock and anyone was able to go in without a key card. In the 3rd room that they offered the air conditioning had no control and was stuck at 12°. TV was old fashioned , no cable, and was blocking half of the mirror. The outlet placements are ridiculous, and you would expect at least outlets by the bedside. There were only 2 that worked, because the 3rd outlet was so loose nothing would actually plug in. Weak wi-fi, hairdryer is not working, carpet feels stuffy and dirty, fitness center inaccessible, 2 staff doesn’t know how to access the gym. Elevator carpet is so filthy and janky, you can’t tell if the buttons are really working. Arcade has a creepy vibe, which has one of the only other public restrooms, and as I was going to the restroom, an Old man came out of the Ladies room. This is unacceptable and unsafe especially as a family traveling with kids. Would never stay here or recommend this to even my worst enemy.
