Staff is lazy
The room itself was acceptable, but we encountered an issue in the morning. My husband and I were passing through Nashville for work and didn’t get to bed until around 2 a.m. At 8 a.m., we received a call from a hotel employee informing us that our vehicle was allegedly blocking another guest from accessing their car.
When we went downstairs, we found that we were in fact parked well within the designated lines. The other guest had already left by the time we got there. We recorded a video of our car as proof and showed it to the hotel employee. He simply apologized but made no real effort to verify the situation himself—it would have taken just a couple of minutes to inspect our parking spot.
It was a frustrating experience, especially considering there was no clear indication of what we were expected to do differently. Were we supposed to move to a different spot, despite being parked correctly? The situation felt unnecessary and poorly handled.
