It was just ok. The elevator was out of service when I arrived, meaning I had to carry my bag up 2 flights to the 3rd floor, but it was repaired by the next morning. The place is a bit older, but it was clean. Everything in the room worked except the sleep timer on the television remote and the refrigerator wasn't cold. The breakfast had minimal choice of bread/carbs and no fresh fruit options, only orange or cranberry juice. The coffee was excellent. The hot breakfast was standard powdered scrambled eggs, pork sausage and unseasoned potatoes. The staff was friendly, and it was relatively quiet for a Saturday night in a college town on graduation weekend. Would use again for another overnighter, but probably not for an extended stay.
