The beds are terribly uncomfortable, the only complaint.

Average hotel, can be much better
The service was good, but the hotel left a lot to be desired
The amenities in the rooms were not stocked. We ran out of body wash while in the shower on the first day. The room wasn't very clean. We had chunks of dust on the AC.
The breakfast took way too long as they kept taking too long to bring out the eggs.
On the flip side, the pool is nice, good dining options around, lots of parking available.

Comfortable beds, friendly/helpful staff,
I visit there once a month to see my sister who's in a nursing home. I always star at this Quality Inn. Staff is friendly and mostly bilingual. Room is always clean, and the beds are very comfortable. Includes breakfast and you can't beat that. Price always reasonable.

Bonus are the staff
We came to montreal to attend my brother ceremony at the canadian forces, we got to the hotel past midnight. Although all our requests were accomodated we would like to thank eric the guy who checked us in and helped is.
We checked on past midnight from saskatchewan, so tired. We booked two rooms adjoining, my mom’s room bathroom was soss filthy the toilet were filled with pooped it looked as if someone used it so immediatley we told the frontdesk and am sure it wasnt his fault coz the housekeeping did not do their checks ans flagged it as clean eventhough it wasnt checked prior. It was filthy.
I immediately notified eric which was very nice and polite he immediately moved us to a cleaner room and nicer one alrhough i still found an empty bottle of pop behind the TV . So obviously its been a habit of the housekeeping to do a crappy job.
I used to be a manager of frontdesk back in edmonton and i choose my battles, i couldve complained and demand more that what i deserve because of the inconvenience but i also know that the frontdesk has nothing to do with the cleaning of rooms, so i kept my cool.
The guys at the chexk out were very nice too thats why i never brought it up. But i also wished that eventhough a guest was nice and polite and didnt complain about the inconvenience i just wish upon chexk out they wouldve offered something for the inconvenience just because i was nice no one bothered. Which is sad.
anyway, thank you so much to the nice guys at the desk

All of the employees were extremely friendly and helpful but, the one who stands out the most was Paul. He was taking care of the breakfast area and he was very attentive and polite to everyone that came in. He made sure everyone was comfortable and taken care of.
