We came into the property on a Wed afternoon and were staying until an early Saturday departure. Overall, the property and room were in good condition and all was clean.
1.We asked for a room clean when we left the room at the front desk on Thursday noon and when we returned later that day, the room had not been serviced.
2. Upon leaving the room on Friday, a service worker was two doors down the hall and I again asked if the room could be cleaned and gave her $10.
3. Upon returning late that night, the beds were made but not only our old towels were still on the floor but now someone else's dirty towels were placed on the newly made bed. The trash was tipped over and still on the floor and nothing else had been done to the room. We also found a handwritten note stating if we were satisfied with the service, we could leave another tip to an automated account.
3. I went downstairs and shared pictures of the room with the office staff and asked for additional TP and clean towels to get through the last night's stay.
4. There was no apology given but simply a response that "he did not know what happened".
5. I called downstairs to ask for a wakeup call, since we had to leave on Sat at 4:00am and explained the importance of the call in case our phones did not work.
6. We woke up with our own phones but that call never came. Upon telling the same individual that the call never came in, this time he said " I guess the computers did not work correctly.
Really horrible service!!!!
