The room was amazing, though the bathroom had a horrible bad drain smell? The staff were absolutely outstanding and really couldn’t do enough for you! The bar and food were great! The breakfast wasn’t huge, but had a selection of most things, and we did see people had somehow ordered special eggs, not sure how? But that’s clearly doable. All round we would 100% visit again.

However found the pool area to be dirty and this really let the hotel and staff down. We went 2 days in a row, early morning, and nothing had improved on the 2nd visit.

Absolutely wonderful stay, the porter was so helpful as were the check in staff, I think his name was Mohit? He engaged with my children as well as me, making us smile while giving us all the information we needed. Clean, friendly staff, great location, we got the Uber boat up the Thames to the London eye, made a change to travel by boat instead of underground, great way to see London.
