Worth staying here.

Shops and restaurants close. Walking to Acropolis. Could not find the place as it is an apartment and we had no wifi to look for it. This part was stressful as we lost communication with the owner . The apartment was very spacious and comfortable. Though no view even though I booked a room with a city view so that was just a little disappointing. But definitely worth the stay. The room was great this had a kitchen but we didn't need it as we ate at restaurants. Great food nearby.

Pro: Central location and we were expected to be noisy and complexity of people Con : We were told that the toilet waste paper should be dropped in the rubbish bin and not the toilet bowl to prevent blockage that I felt quite disgusting. Also, there is a 20 euro late check in charge if after 22:30 pm which was not neither noticed in any website or hotels.com’s booking info, we were only informed few days before check in which was one sided and uninformed before

I know this spot has great reviews, but it didn’t really “hit” for us. The room lacked basics (like an ice cube tray in the freezer) and we were required to take the key card with us to leave the building, meaning that anything left in the fridge went bad in the Athens summer heat since that single card also turned on the electricity in the room. Did not get a second key card, so when my spouse and I wanted to separate, as he has lots of friends in the city that he wanted to hang out with at night, it required me waking up to let him in (or we would have no electricity in the room if I stayed). There was construction right outside the entrance (literally tore up the whole sidewalk with a plastic orange tarp barrier thing blocking it) which wasn’t noisy but made it hard to enter and leave. No blackout curtains so be ready to wake up with the sun at 4:30 AM and no way to turn off the very bright hallway light outside the room or the neon green exit signs in the room, so for someone who needs total darkness to sleep, this wasn’t it. Too hot in Athens to wear a sleep mask in summer when the AC doesn’t go below 18C either. Finally, the beds were hard as a rock and super uncomfortable. It’s a nice enough space, but there are cheaper and much more comfortable places to stay in Athens in Plaka and Koukaki.

Dimitra was great; good communicator, problem solver, and facilitator. The room was clean and everything worked. Many convenient restaurants, very close to the major and minor attractions, and the train station. The cleaning staff was very nice and the host responded quickly to solve a minor issue. The major downside is the atrium/foyer is not clean, not well lit, not well marked.

This is a fantastic place to base yourself in Athens. Just one minute walk to the Metro, super comfortable bed and huge shower. All the dining options of Psyri are right around the corner.

This location was perfect for my daughter and I. It was very walkable and near the metro. The apartment was very comfortable and had everything that we needed. There were lots of wonderful restaurants, coffee shops, bars and shops all within walking distance. The property host was so lovely, checking in to make sure we had everything that we needed. If you do stay there make sure you eat at the Falafel Guys which were next door to the apartment. It was one of our favorite meals of the trip and we ate there more than once!

Very convenient location. Room was spacious. The AC works only when door and windows are fully closed, which is impressively eco-friendly. Curtain was controlled by wall switch, which was also nice. Did not have hot water on the first day of our stay, but was fixed the next day.

1-The location was great; This place was clean with all essential kitchen hardware available, but this property has a split level entrance with many small stairs going up & down and up again, with another huge step to enter the bathroom. A trap to hurt the toes if you do not watch your step; not so good for seniors. My 81 year old partner missed a step and fell down the stairs hurting herself pretty badly. Be careful seniors with this place. 2-We had no hot water the last night we were there. We could not take a shower before leaving the country; This was bad. 3-TV picture was awful. Picture disappearing and reappearing constantly; Very frustrating. 4-Internet very slow and cutting off when sitting on the balcony; Frustrating. 5-The bedroom bed was hard as a rock. Not sure if anyone would appreciate a hard bed without bouncing springs. It was an experience nevertheless.
