Great stay in Mérida

Stayed here as part of a longer trip along the Mayan Train route, and thought it was an excellent option: very centrally located to the main nightlife area in Mérida, with great amenities and quality. Would stay here again!

The employees were very courteous and polite, trying to help as much as they could. I was first told that because of my VIP status I could enjoy 2 breakfasts and a drink, only a few minutes later a different front desk employee told me that breakfast was NOT included. Obviously a little disappointing. Water temperature in shower kept fluctuating which was challenging. No safe in room or mini fridge. Only 2 bottles of water per day allowed.

Excelente opción para disfrutar del centro de Mérida. El hotel no tiene restaurante, solo desayuno continental. Para nosotros que nos gusta conocer de la gastronomía típica, esto no fue un problema.
