a wonderful hotel just at the city center, next to countdown, five mittens to seaport, ten minutes to Cuba street where a big used book store locates and a quarter minutes to Te Papa. Downstair is the bus stop to and from airport that takes within 30 minutes. Large room with kitchen and bathroom and laundry. I only worry the room temperature in winter, but did not try the air conditions.

This was a really spacious apartment right in the centre of the retail district. Plenty of room to walk around and bathroom was set up like an ensuite so very convenient to the bedroom. Plenty of storage and kitchen was well equipped. A short walk to the harbour and plenty of restaurants around. Woolworths and Chemist Warehouse were minutes away. Cupboards, microwave and dryer were too high for me and washing machine didn't have a cold wash because the taps were wrongly hooked up. Apart from that it comes highly recommended.

It was very comfortable stay. Spacious two bedroom apartment for very reasonable price. Right in the centre of Wellington with all shops and amenities close by. Great service provided by hotel staff.

We had just one night here. Strange set up. Enter from the street and catch the lift to reception on the 6th floor. Small parking area for reception at the back (which was not communicated on booking). Then had to move the car to other parking for overnight. Check in guy Billy was helpful but when we left neither of the female staff even spoke to us. Just smiles when we handed the key back. No “thanks for staying with us” etc. Good location to walk to local restaurants and the cable car. Room was big, bed was comfy.

This was our second stay here and it was great. We love the location and accessibility. The kitchen facilities are great and having a complimentary high chair and cot set up for us was brilliant. The beds are SUPER comfy. This time we stayed on the second floor and you definitely get a bit of street noise, but the other bedroom was nice and quiet. Staff are lovely. Self parking is across the road and easy enough to access, and a pretty good price. We will be back! (But will probably opt for one of the balcony rooms next time for some more airflow and space!)
