Decent but for the price tag needs upgrade
There was a technical problem which landed us with keys to the wrong room, then with keys which did not open the correct room, and finally with the correct keys. The staff member, who was helping us, was excellent and patient with explaining what was happening. Your front desk staff is very good.
At check out, we had loaded some of our bags and were leaving for the elevators. A person from the cleaning crew had assumed that we had vacated the room, but we still had family members in the room. Please, don't make assumptions; verify that we have left and then enter and clean. Always knock, just in case your assumption is wrong. If you suspect someone is vacating their room, just ask them, don't assume.
This hotel will need some gentle upgrades to the furniture in the rooms, to the doors (some squeak), and overall it does not appear clean but rather a little neglected.
