I’ll start by saying the staff was excellent—truly the best part of the stay. I’ve stayed at this hotel in the past and it was top-notch, but this time was disappointing. The room had a moldy smell, and we woke up feeling stuffy. It also wasn’t very clean; the floors, drapes, and windows were noticeably dirty, and overall the room just needs a deep cleaning.
When we returned the next day, the room still hadn’t been serviced. Lastly, the breakfast was extremely limited, almost as if a food order had been missed. The only items available were a pot of grits, donut holes, coffee, bananas, and apples.
I’m not sure what happened, but the quality here has really gone downhill.
