Well the tv remote didn't work except to change channels. Literally couldn't change volume or turn it off & on. (They're providing a 10% discount due to this.) However, the lamp on one side of the bed didn't work. There was a hole in the carpet in my room. Everything just seemed less than average.

The rooms have rust in them and the people there are annoying some people live there and just are some dirty people who belong in a homeless shelter, banging on walls to grasp attention out of jealousy almost caught a charge I'm not the one to play with

The view was amazing; the room was clean and the bed felt nice; there were various options for breakfast; great location; and staff was nice. The only thing we didn’t like was the sound of the plumbing throughout the building, you could hear when someone flushed the toilet.

I have stayed here twice in the last 2 months an I have been very pleased with them. Check in goes fast when I arrive. They have informed me about what the property has there for the guests. When I leave I drop off key at front desk with person there an I am always greeted by staff all the time. I will continue to stay there when I’m going that direction. The place is clean, nice, affordable a the location is great. If you get a chance stay here an enjoy it. They also have a indoor pool and hot tub. An good breakfast too.

Our beds had crumbs in them. The hairdryer shorted out the outlet and stopped working. The GFCI outlet wasn't functioning or able to be reset. When asking for more cream at the coffee station, the night attendant said they didn't have any which was untrue as I saw a delivery that morning where the kitchen staff unloaded several large boxes. He just didn't want to help us. The hot tub was so dirty, when the jets were on, it bubbled and you saw the dirt rise to the top of the bubbles. There was a lady at the front desk and aady in the kitchen that were amazing and kind. Would return just for them.
