Nice area, but your rooms, the walls are to thin and the floor need more padding between rooms. You can hear every footstep people upstairs above our room would take. The neighbor beside us, you can hear their conversation very clearly as if they were in the same room. If these problems would be fixed, your place would be an excellent stay. Thank you

Will not stay again!
Main doors would stick and not open. Very run down property. Peeling wallpaper and paint in room. Broken tiles on bathroom floor cut my daughter’s toe. Could not use our balcony most of the time due to weed smoke coming in our room from other rooms,I have an 8 yr old and 2 month old! Pool is disgusting!!!!

Not bad but room for improvements
We had an oceanfront room which was spacious and had a great view. The kitchen was nice, though missing some essential items.There were no baking pans, however when I inquired about it the front desk was able to find something only for me to realize that are no oven mitts.The stove was a hard to use because there are no decals on any of the knobs so it was a guessing game to use it.I do feel that there could be some more items added to the kitchen for basic cooking: mixing bowl, colander, measuing cups/spoons, scissors, to name a few. Unlucky for us, we ended up with some neighbors one night that had VERY loud s$x for over an hour.I advised the front desk as I had 2 young girls that were a bit uncomfortable. The staff did say that the guests were called but didn't answer and that was all that was done.This is not the hotels fault but I did think someone on staff would go up to the room with a noise complaint but I was advised it was reported to mangement. The most challenging part of our stay was housekeeping.We were at the hotel for 4 nights and not once did we get a room refresh.We ran out of TP in the middle of the night and I had to steal the tp off a maids cart.Ha to request towels twice, as well as new sheets.The sheets were left in our room and we had to make the bed.Garbage was full, and we had a pile of towels and sheets that were never picked up. I asked the front desk for service on day 3 and still no service. As a mom on vacation, that was a big deal to me.

The location was perfect. The room was clean but our fireplace did not work and one day there was no hot water. They did get it fixed but never sent out a notice or an apology for the inconvenience.

Budget friendly oceanfront property
Overall it was a fun great trip. The hotel rooms clearly look very old and outdated but they were comfortable and the kitchen area was wonderful. We also loved the balcony. On the day we were checking out when we tried to shower the water was ice cold. When we asked they told us they had a Plummer there working which was fine however no one contacted us to warn us. They have a texting system and had text us previously twice checking in but couldn’t send a memo which was frustrating. The pool water was also extremely cloudy, you couldn’t even see the bottom of the pool which wasn’t the best. But overall it was a great experience just a few minor things.

Hotel needs to be cleaned
The hotel needs lots of renovations. The stove was broken and they needed to come replace it while we were staying or else no cooking in the kitchenette. The cleanliness was terrible. The pool looked cloudy, merky and unsanitary. The pool had mildew growing inside the ledge. I would never stay here again. The key cards did not work to get into our room had to make several trips to the front desk to get a new key. When you think beach front I expect a decent room and to not worry about going to the front desk to ask for something to be fixed or repaired.

Front desk workers were friendly. Let me check in a little bit early. The pool was pretty dirty, chunks of hair all around the outside tile. Beds were pretty firm. We enjoyed our 1 night stay in a good location right near all the shops and restaurants. Hotel room was clean.

Enjoyable stayat the Promenade
Our room was clean. Our grandson had a great time in the pool and our dog loved the balcony. Beautiful view of the ocean. We liked the kitchen, too. It had a small stand up refrigerator, stove, sink, microwave with dishes and utensils.
