I'd wait a few months when they finish remodeling.

We were not informed of the construction going on at the hotel. When it's done, I'm sure it will be nice, but for now, it's not so great.

I think hotel will be better once hotel is done being remodeled. We stayed mid construction so timing was off. The surrounding area was great! Pool was OK but not lit well and floor of pool rough. Loved having MO’s on the corner!

Major fail for a beach front view room!

It would be nice if when guests book their reservations, the hotel should be upfront about the activities going on on the beach front right in front of our hotel room. We were not aware we would be woken up with thousands of marathon runners and the band blasting and microphones blaring at 5 in the morning!!! Also, it would be nice to be made aware of construction going on right above our room too!!! The room definitely needs to be updated! For the amount of money spent on a beach front room with an ocean view, I wasn't happy!!!

Nice spot at the beach

The hotel is going through a lot of renovations, which is why some of the lower scores. Our room was clean and the bed comfortable.. its hard to beat the location as you are right on the beach and within easy walking distance to a ton of shopping and restaurants.

The best thing about this hotel was the location. We had an ocean view room which was great, but the sliding door was nearly impossible to open. The closet door screeched when it was opened or closed. The exterior was being worked on so we had construction noise from 08:00 am till 5:30pm. The tub/shower had mildew all along the wall. The carpet was dirty and the beds were mediocre. No food available for breakfast and most of the nearby restaurants didn't open till noon. Not worth the nearly $300

Worst vacation spot i ever stayed at

Tmwhen we got to the room the tile on the kitchenette was broken the bathroom door had a whole in it there was construction going on the building when hotels .com never put that on there website. And the houskeeping would just walk in the room without knocking and the balcony light didnt work tv was told it was 48" but it was clearly 28" and felt filthy in the room

This place is old and outdated, but they are under construction to upgrade and modernize. Price was a little high for the quality of the room and construction noise. Service was top notch though which is why I am not being too critical about the aesthetics. Great location! Looking forward to staying again once remodel is done as long as price doesn't go much higher.

Had an issue with key cards. Went back down the slow elevator, waited in line, and went back to the room and they worked. Not even a half an hour later a couple opens our door with their key cards and walked in. I went back downstairs with them (each time it takes a long time for the 1 elevator) and get back in line to get this figured out. The manager was very apologetic and got us sorted out. I go back up to the room and discover my key cards don't work now. Back down the slow elevator to get them turned back on. After that everything else was great. I would go back and give them another chance. But after the construction is done. Front desk was really nice and very apologetic. Close to everything I wanted to do.

I’ve been staying here once a month since 2019 and this property is my go-to hotel for that getaway. The young woman who checked us in failed to mention the 24 hr pool and instead of offering a fee for earlier check in like usual, gave me an annoyed look and gave me a parking pass. Once in the room, I noticed our tub was leaking and our toilet wouldn’t flush properly. I understand they are going through construction but between the front desk experience and the room, it was very disappointing as a returning member.
