Toilets are too low. Bathrooms need to be upgraded. Bed was too hard. No free breakfast like other hotels offer. Hot tub was nice but bottom of pool is too rough for the feet. Cold air from outside leaked thru bottom of door.

Everything was great. The room was nice, even before the full remodel they’re currently working on. We had an obstructed view, but you can still see the beach and ocean perfectly. The room had a spacious layout with a nice kitchen, and the balcony was a great bonus. We also paid an extra $35 for a 1pm late checkout, which was a great value and let us enjoy a little more time in the room. With all the updates they’re doing, the place is going to look amazing in the future—and the location is already perfect.

Check in was slow. They charge you $35. To check in early. Even if it’s just 10 minutes early. Also me and my son were waiting in the lobby to check in for 40 minutes. They saw us there, but somehow they check in 5 people before us. Even though we were there way before then. Besides that, the whole place is under construction and the roof is leaking and the construction goes on until evening.

Very unfortunate interaction with the young blonde at the front desk. Unprofessional, attitude and argued with guests. I usually check out at the front desk, but when I went down there today, I saw it was her there so I just kept walking.

Great view of ocean from room, it is right in front of hotel. Hotel needs to check out elevator alarm system. I was stuck in elevator Thursday when power went out. The alarm was very weak, people waiting for elv. in lobby said they heard a soft ringing, and nobody responded to the emergency call button. I wasn’t worried, but I would have liked someone to let me know they new I was there.

I have stayed at this place several times. I usually come here three or four times a year & stay a week. This definitely was the worst experience that I’ve ever had. I understand that they are under construction, and I also understand that the weather was pretty bad and out of their control. I think that they did the best if they could, and we were without Internet for over 24 hours, and without any kind of TV connection for about three days. We asked for any kind of accommodations, or some sort of free meal, and we were basically told no. The manager is extremely nice and friendly. Unfortunately, his young female staff that works the front desk, the blonde, is extremely rude and extremely unprofessional. She argued with me for about an hour that the Internet was working. Finally, I went down there, and she had someone go look at it and found In fact the Internet was not working. She proceeded to stand there and roll her eyes at me and acting like I was wasting her time. The worst experience that I’ve ever had there. The room itself was extremely dirty, I was walking on the carpet, and there was a wet sticky spot on the first day, so we just covered it and didn’t walk on it. The bathroom was a disaster, it was a rough stay. But I have to be completely honest, that the only terrible experience that will stay with me, was a disrespect that we got from the young blonde girl in the front desk. I would assume that the general manager expects better from his staff.

Doing construction. Which they told us about after reserving the room. Cable didn't work during the day. Safety hazard outside construction area, ice machine on our floor didn't work and lots of noise during day. All due to construction. Pool could have been a lot warmer

My challenge with this trip was related to the front desk staff providing a key to our room to another guest. We were very surprised that evening to see a man enter our room with a key. After a discussion, he realized he had been given the wrong room key, and left. The desk apologized, and gave us an extended departure, leaving at 1pm for our disruption. It was disconcerting at best.

Turd hotel

The roof leaked a puddle in the middle of my room the balcony door constantly leaked. Everything has been under construction for 2 plus years and still looks terrible. Different employees will tell you multiple Different versions of things. The other hotels are better.

The view was stunning. But because of renovation- there were a lot of difficulties that popped up. Hall lights out at night, ice machine and washer/dryer not working on our floor. TV had to be swapped out because didn't work. Fireplace was not working because of construction. Kitchen bar stools impossible for my handicapped spouse to get on. The staff however immediately jumped into action trying to solve all these issues!!! Thank you staff.

Check-in was a breeze. The front clerk used her discretion to put us in a room with a view because she understood we were there for our fifth year anniversary. Hotel is under a makeover, so I look forward to the next time we stay for the new look.
