Ease of use of property and design of building was not confusing but large enough for event area and separation to room area. Loved short waits in the elevators as there are many and they all worked. Would stay again.

We have stayed to this hotel many times and its always a good place to stay! Our room was super clean. My only complaint is about the pillows!

Horrible front desk service & room service
When I reached the room I found food left in the refrigerator, glass wear was dirty. Shower was dirty. Room service was horrible. First meal I ordered was a 10 ounce chicken breast what they served was a 4 ounce breast and charged $38 with a 22% service charge for room service. The second and final order was breakfast. They forgot the poached eggs (main item) then they brought the two poached eggs and when I cut into them the whites were extremely runny…extremely runny!! Showed the front desk the video and I was insulted, ridiculed and asked if I ate it. I said no but I ate the muffin, ham and had brown. For this I was changed $27. The front desk including the manager Ray was the rudest I’ve ever dealt with.

Worst experience at a Marriott property. The staff was rude and unhelpful. There was no room service due to the holidays. Bartender was not helpful and the drinks were terrible . I will never stay at this hotel again, while I may cancel my Bonvoy membership.

Underwhelming Experience
Upon arrival the hotel is gorgeous. The lobby looked amazing and there was even a piano player. We entered the hallway of our room floor and it smelled like mildew. Our room started off extremely cold and got overwhelming hot as the evening progressed. The heated pool was a very nice temperature so that was a plus! Our room had no working phone and the rug felt gross like it hadn’t been cleaned ever. The shower was okay, but the pre-filled bottles of soap were also off putting (I used my own). It definitely wasn’t worth the price of the room which was nearly $200 for 1 night. I likely won’t return.
