Honestly one of the worst hotel I’ve been to. The room for 3 was clearly for 2, with the 3rd person supposed to either sleep on the sofa that’s not a sofa bed, or in a tiny that’d barely fit a teenager. The staff is nice but the owner, an old lady, is the rudest person I’ve met. I asked for Tabasco and she literally told me to go and buy it myself. The breakfast is terrible, we stopped having it after 3 days because we couldn’t see it anymore. The “pool” is at best a bath tub. This is NOT a 5*, at best, best, 3*. You should avoid

Super sweet staff and reception (very knowledgeable and always willing to help with any request) ! The included breakfast is spectacular and has a lot of choices to pick from the night before ! The highlight was however the impeccable view of all of Chania from our room and sunset ! Very glad we stayed there on our honey moon !

Anazing Place!

Breakfast delivered to our room each day was amazing! The Choclate oreo pancakes are out of this world! Spa treatments were amazing. The room was absolutely incredible we loved the pool on the patio and the large room. The staff were incredible. So helpful and friendly! We will definitely be back to stay. It was such a relaxing place. The pool and hit tub at the spa was very nice as well. Also, dinner was fantastic and delicious. We had room service 2 nights. Cannot be eating out on the patio as the sun goes down.

My husband and I loved this hotel! It was super modern, the breakfast each morning was amazing, and the staff was so nice. The hotel has free underground parking which is a perk. The location was great - away from the crowded city center. Having a private pool was very nice and relaxing with great views. The room was so clean and very tasteful. We enjoyed our stay and will gladly return!

Mon séjour a été tout simplement exceptionnel. L'hôtel est niché dans un cadre magnifique, offrant une vue imprenable sur la mer et Chania. La tranquillité qui y règne est un véritable atout, permettant une déconnexion totale et un repos bien mérité. Les chambres sont spacieuses, élégamment décorées et dotées de tout le confort moderne. Le balcon privé avec piscine offrait un espace supplémentaire pour admirer le paysage. Le personnel de l'hôtel est d'une gentillesse et d'un professionnalisme remarquables. Toujours souriant et attentif, chaque membre de l'équipe s'est montré désireux de rendre mon séjour le plus agréable possible. Totally disappointing – not five-star quality!

This hotel is a perfect example of style over substance — a modern look doesn’t make up for serious flaws and unprofessional service. The bathroom design is absurd: after a basic shower, water flooded half the room, and the toilet is separated only by a glass wall, which offers no privacy whatsoever. No intimacy, no comfort. At night, street noise made it impossible to sleep due to extremely thin walls. Calling reception resulted only in an offer of earplugs. I was promised a follow-up from the manager — no one ever called back. The next day, the manager showed up in person and made the situation even worse — arrogant, constantly interrupting, and unwilling to offer any real solution. On top of that, there were stained, dirty pillows on the bed (I have photos), and the hairdryer provided was a cheap, foldable travel model, completely unfit for a hotel claiming luxury status. This stay left a lasting sense of disappointment. I strongly advise against choosing this place if you value peace and professional treatment as a guest.

Chambre ambassador spacieuse et très propre. Service impeccable et petit déjeuner extraordinaire. Petits points d’attention: Garage parfois plein, donc risque de devoir se garer dans la rue: sécurisé mais place en parking « sauvage » devant l’hôtel. L’insonorisation n’est pas parfaite: vous êtes en ville. Petite piscine non chauffée, mais dés que le soleil tape, elle doit être agréable

Put this one on the top of your list!

What a wonderful place to stay! This hotel is truly extraordinary- from the receptionist, to the room service staff, to the cleaners - everyone does their job to perfection and always with a smile. And the food is exquisite ! Made to order Breakfast was phenomenal, as were the dinners we enjoyed. Due to stormy weather, we stayed at the hotel one day and had Asian massages from Maria. We’ve had massages from different locations around the world and my husband and I both agreed that Maria’s massage was the best we’ve ever had. I want to bring her back home in my suitcase!!!

Beautiful property close to airport, Old Town and Harbour. The breakfast was amazing and delivered right to your room at your specified time. We booked a room with a private pool amd the sunsets were simply breathtaking.
