Very nice motel with great location! Close to Starbucks, Walmart, Cracker Barrel, and just 30 minutes away from New Orleans! The kitchenette amenities were great! The rooms aren’t the most beautiful, but were clean and served their purpose. I would definitely stay there again!

This properties location was everything. The rooms were clean and spacious. Very reasonable prices. I will definitely stay again. Heads up, there is a $50 deposit fee which is refunded after checkout if your room is in good condition and if you haven't smoked in the non-smoking room.

Great for the price

The exterior is kind of dated, but stayed in a room overlooking the courtyard. Pool area is actually quite nice. Room was mostly updated, new furniture, new flooring, with the exception of the bathroom. Older tub, older fixtures. But the location is awesome. Half the price of other area hotels, 1/4 the price of staying in French quarter and an easy 40 minute drive into the city.

Pillows were worn, old, and yellow beneath the pillow slip. The bathroom floor around the toilet had pee spray marks. I carry bacteria wipes, so I wiped the floor myself! Bed was comfortable! No towel racks to hang towels, no light to turn on when entering the room, had to find a lamp/light to turn on.

Renovations only to lobby and pics are misleading

We arrived a little after 8 pm I waited about 10 mins for someone to appear and check us in. The hotel itself just looks seedy lots of people who look sketchy or stay there long term. It’s pet friendly so expect animal waste along the grounds. We opened our bathroom after check in to a toilet that took 6 tries to flush one movement and gnats flyi mg from the room. Toilet paper holder falling out of the wall. The fan blew this musty smell into the room during our stay. Overall didn’t feel safe or warranted to even if I had no other option to stay here again.

Bed + Water

They accomidated us when we arrived early because we had just drove 16 hours. The hotel did not have hot water and they ended up having to move us so we could have hot water. The bed ended up messing up my shoulder because the second bed was really stiff and im a side sleeper. Breakfast was good and its near a bunch of resteraunts and near a walmart. There is a gas station next to the crackerbarrel. About 30 to 50 minutes, depending on traffic, to the French Quarter. I think i got a little more than i expected for how little i paid for a week and a half stay. Overall was good besides the water and bed issue. The front desk workers were really kind and assisted whenever we needed.
