It's pretty average overall. The thing I hated most was the small pillows for the bed. But I'm used to king-size pillows, so it was like sleeping on cotton balls. The drapes were ripped, the pool was cloudy and we found a dirty sock and plastic bag under the bed when we were checking to make sure we had everything before we checked out. The breakfast was pretty much what you'd expect at hotels like this - mystery egg product and slightly off breakfast meats. The breakfast area is small and gets very loud. Or it could be my fellow travelers were unusually loud, which wouldn't be the hotel's fault. We've stayed at the Country Inn & Suites near MOA and it was a little better.

Clean but very basic room. Breakfast bagels were poor quality and condiments were off brands and poor taste. No half &half only Coffee Mate brand.

Overall a good 4-star hotel. The bathroom had 2 tiny bars of soap and nothing more. I missed the typical bathroom amenities which make it a bit more special. The carpet needed cleaning as there were a few large spots easily visible to me. Otherwise, pleasant staff, nice brunch, comfortable beds and a little bit cheaper than other hotels in the area.

We had a king size bed room. The bed was very comfortable, slept like a baby. The floor was nice how there was no carpet. I enjoyed the vinyl planks. It made it look like more of a home than hotel room. The floor was not sticky so that’s good. Sometimes I can tell if flooring needs a good mopping but this was fine. However makes me wonder how frequently they go through with a mop to clean. The shower was nice and powerful. The only downfall of this stay was the swimming pool. My eyes were burning when I was watching my husband and son swim and all I was doing was sitting there. Terrible amounts of chlorine.

The value for the hotel was good in my opinion, stayed with my family and towels, and room was clean the bathroom was a bit dirty but nothing crazy though. The breakfast buffet included was good. The area that this hotel is in isn’t the best though. With it not being a good area, the people surrounding the area too are a bit concerning but no one bothered us throughout our stay just something to note. But overall the staff treated us well, the room was clean and the pool area was also good too - hot tub and pool area was nice and clean

Overall ok. Room smelled like weed when we checked in. Informed front desk and told them I would not be charged for smoking in our room. Front desk person was not surprised to hear that. I’m guessing it is common there. I would not go back.

I got a hotel on March 17-18. The room was definitely a little outdated. I paid $100 deposit but never was returned so I called. I was told today that the $100 deposit was taken for makeup being on the sheet because I fell asleep before taking my make up off. I then was told there was blood which I never seen. My boyfriend did cut his hand so if there was blood it had to be little because we grabbed a towel right away. Based off what I was told the deposit was for damage not of sheets or towels getting dirty. I am taking this to corporate because at this point I have gotten a thousand hotels and never ever had this happened. I always clean the hotel even when I know they will redo it. I feel that they are trying to rip people off and make excuses to take deposits
