The property has potential and is cozy yet with spacious room....it just looks like it hasn't been updated in 40 years. They should add in the advert that there is no lift to the property and answer questions on the platform in a timely manner. I would have meant I could choose another hotel if I so wished. The beach area of the hotel was in front of the port so busy at time and only a thin strip of sand. Food was always cold and drinks very sugary. The restaurant staff were polite as expected.

Hola. Elegí esta opción por ser el mejor precio que encontré pasa un todo incluido. Instalaciones, en general está bien pero podrían mejorar en renovar ciertas cosas para que se vea mejor como ejemplo puertas y sanitarios que al menos el de mi habitación no parecía que fuera ahorrador de agua. En la página de hoteles reserve habitación con cama queen y me dieron doble matrimonial el bello hoy me dijo que no tiene queen en ese hotel, que me podrían cambiar a una con cama Kong pero que jo tenía ventanas que estaba encerrado y pues no. La atención en recepción y restaurante es x, sin ser groseros pero les falta actividades y alegría en lo que hacen para que el huésped tenga mejor imagen de ellos. Barra buena atención, hay variedad de bebidas el barman muy bien. Observaciones pongan leche desoactosasa para las bebidas. Cocina llegamos a la hora de los snacks, había hamburguesas hotdogs papas y totopos, aquí solo dejen cuidar que la comida esté caliente pues prácticamente estaba de tibia a fría. Cena considero queesta bien solo pokgan el letrero a cafa platillo pues tome una salsa muy picante pensado que era puré. Desayuno bien. Fruta, pan, huevo, carne, chilaquiles.

When we arrived at the hotel we went to check in, the girl at the reception was not at all friendly, we found that the hotel had no electricity, at 4 pm they gave us the room when we arrived there was no water in the shower we had to wait a while for the water to come on. The room doors were unpainted, the sink was clogged, the towels were of no quality whatsoever. The employees were not friendly at all. The only person who was very friendly at all times was the bartender Leonardo. The food was terrible, there was no toaster at breakfast, I really do not recommend that hotel. They did not have a smoking area if they saw you smoking outside they would call you out.

Upon arrival the staff member at check in spoke so fast I could hardly understand anything said. Then you have to see another person so they can give you a towel card and entice you to book through them any tours but this person spoke so fast as well. Slow down, The hotel itself is in a convenient location. Breakfast buffet, sounds great, if only there were choices.. I tried to pay for lunch/snack but the first time I went the staff had zero interest in attending. Too busy chatting amongst themselves and the bartender. At least two days later when I returned the staff seemed more attentive.

Lo que debía ser un fin de semana agradable ya que iba a festejar mi aniversario y el 14 de febrero se volvió un problema la señorita de recepción tiene un pésimo trato atrato al llegar me dijo que mi pago no era todo incluído tuve que pagar la diferencia el día de mi salida me dijo que en efecto era un error y que en tres días estaría mi reembolso hasta ahora no me regresan nada eso sin contar que fue bastante descortés y racista llerecepciónista

Overall experience is what we expected for the price. The food was better than expected, the beach is not good, no lock box in room, terrace was small, bedding was average, limited hot water... just a very basic hotel with a limited buffet. Our package included breakfast, but you can buy lunch/dinner for about $14 US per person, including one drink. There is a GoMart nearby for basic food/drinks—only one key card per room, which was inconvenient. Drinks at bar are low quality. We felt safe. If you need an inexpensive place, try this place. Otherwise, there are many other better choices.

Was turned off upon seeing and entering the room. The odor of sewer was terrible. I finally tracked it to the shower drain, and figure it was possibly due to not having p-traps. I remedied thay by throwing the shower mat over the drain. The sink wouldn't drain, but they fixed it upon request, although the piping leaked after the repair. I felt sorry for an older couple trying to check in, as there was no front end staff that spoke english. I managed as I downloaded Google Translate. The beach was non existent although the tanning area was a decent area. The pool was nice, and the serving staff spoke good English. Overall all the staff were nice and hospitable. They had a tour desk there so that was a plus. The Hotel Zone buses were convenient. Remember, pictures are deceiving. Overall the activities and shopping was nice, but you needed transportation to get to the key areas in the hotel zone.
