From the start when we called the front desk from the airport to ask about the shuttle, we got a message saying the wireless customer was unavailable. We called the main line and they just said that was the front desk and there was nothing else they could do - maybe we should just take an uber (?!). We found where all the hotel shuttles were and another one was really nice and said they could drop us off too after their customers for their hotel :) Right when we walked into our hotel room, there was a kind of stuffy musty smell. It was cleaned, but not in the best condition - rusty shower, holes in the drapery, the outlet in the bathroom did not work. The breakfast was ok - waffles, yogurt, frozen sandwich were the options. The people working there were kind and doing their job, but the property is just subpar.
