Very good value for money while trade is down due to pandemic. Close to Tate Britain and Pimlico tube. Studio room large, modern, clean, comfortable. A bit cool - heating comes on in October, no A/C - some cutlery and crockery. Takeaway deliveries encouraged. Enough for a comfortable, basic stay. Will certainly come again while prices are like this.

Stayed four years ago and it was a much different place. Very tired and old. Needs renovations. Best part of the previous stay was the amazing breakfast they had. Although They claim breakfast is included it’s a pastry and a coffee. Expedia booking was also terrible to deal with. I gave up trying to change my stay by a day.

When we stayed there, there was no hot water or heating for 4 days. The communication was not good enough and we got not no compensation. When we asked about compensation, we were told to do this through expedia...

The property was clean and comfortable, and the front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The property has a spa, a restaurant, a pool, and a coffee shop. The beds were comfy, the room was cleaned and towels replaced daily. There’s a small shop in the eastern corridor passed the steps, but also a Tesco nearby, as well as several other shops and amenities. There is a primary school across the street, so it can be “loud” early, but being a parent, that doesn’t bother me (and also depends which way your room faces). There is a beautiful garden in the middle of the complex with great sights, and the location is a less than 5 minute walk to Pimlico tube station and about 15 minute walk to the Victoria station, making it very convenient to get around the city. I will definitely stay here again!!

Would recommend

A short walk from 2 train stations this area was very quite at night. There's a place that will store your luggage near by, as they couldn't. I paid for the room on American Express, but the hotel would not accept AMEX for the security deposit, even though the card cleared. They did lend us Italian/ UK electric wall adapters. The room was palatial in size. I would call it 3 rooms. The bathroom was the same size as the bedroom. We requested a high floor, they put us on the top level. The pool and spa were open.

Previous year has been stayed at Dolphin Apartment, again this year and two-time stay. I like the second stay in the hotel arranged on the 4th floor.The Apartment is clean and comfortable, the kitchen facilities, walk ingress and see river views. Good

選住one bedroom apartment，房況相當滿意。既然是 service apartments，原本期待就跟飯店不同，房間寬敞，非常乾淨，睡床和沙發都舒服，有備品，每日有house keeping，已經滿足我所有需求。有小流理台，冰箱微波爐餐具紅酒杯都齊全，很方便。櫃台很友善。附近是學校，晚上這區極安靜但一早學生的各種活動有點吵。離地鐵站不遠，附近也有公車站牌，去主要景點還算方便。
