They didn't have our reservation, when they finally gave us a room it had no power except in the bathroom. The second room was dirty, looked like blood on a lower part of a wall. Sheets didn't look clean at all. Toilet made a loud noise for 2 minutes after flushing. We could not stay and had to leave and find somewhere more suitable for kids.

Totally unable to stay there. First room beds weren’t even made. Second room air didn’t work properly and the kicker was tiny dead bug in the drawers. Got immediate refund!

Staff needs educated regarding Hotels.com
The hotel itself was exactly what I would expect for the price. It was nothing glamorous just a basic room so it did have a mini fridge and microwave. However, I had a horrible check-in experience. I prepaid for the room online using myhotels.com credit card only to arrive and have the staff not know how to process my check-in. They were convinced that the card I paid with was a card I didn't even own and they were going to charge me again. The staff member said that prepaid meant that I hadn't paid and it was only an authorization. It took about 10 minutes of trying to explain to her what was going on for her to call a superior and the check-in to be fully processed. Had I went along with what she was trying to tell me, I would have been charged double for the room.
