Very loud and tub a little scary….

Rim 406 on the byway side of the hotel. This was the LOUDEST nights stay I have ever experienced by far! Not sure what the issue is but it sounded like the window was open. I know they are aware this is an issue because there were two complimentary packages of earplugs on the night stand when we walked in! Also- the tub felt very unstable- felt like I was going to fall through the bottom of the tub. Staff was very friendly and the room was clean but not much sleep was possible due to the road noise.

Hotel 28 has been our hotel of choice for the last 5 years every time we go to Boise. The staff is amazing!!! They have always gone above and beyond to make sure our stay was fantastic especially when we have a large party of 16 people! We will continue to book with them in the future. It is close to the airport and local to every place we need to go. Definitely recommend staying here you won't regret it!

No smoking.

The room itself was comfortable. It was clean except for sticky floors. I was thankful it offered breakfast. Staff were friendly. Despite it being a non-smoking hitel, we could smell pot smoke. I dont know if it was from the hall or outside. We were travelingnwith our grandson and our small dog, so overall it was a nice stay. Thanks!

Great value

Staff was very welcoming and helpful. I only have 2 complaints which are not major. First, if you are on the side of the building by the freeway expect a little noise. There was complimentary ear plugs on the night stand, i just didn't use them because i was worried about not hearing my alarm. Second, the bathroom was a little dirty. Hair in the bathtub, something smeared on the tile, and what looked like a shampoo bottle seal stuck on the wall. I didn't make a complaint about that since it was a minor issue for me. Im sure if i would have it would have been resolved. Overall i would stay again if in the area.

Next time...no room next to the highway

I was given a room right next to the busy highway. Cars passing by were super loud! We did not sleep at all. Our drive started in Yakima WA heading to las vegas and this hotel was our first stop.

Bare minimum, good location

Hot tub was disgusting, as a C.P.O. is was in violation on many levels. Had to ask for room to be cleaned properly and get clean bedding, lazy cleaning staff unlessed requested a good job. Front desk was nice and responsive, but refused my late check out in the morning I requested after being told it wouldn't be a problem and to remind them that morning.

Swim away

Great staff. Clean all around. Accommodating and adjusted breakfast time for this weekend to allow swimmers to eat prior to heading to the pool for an early start. Breakfast was good. Comfy beds. A little bit noisy in the room if you are facing the free way but white noise helped.
