Upon check in at 8pm, clerk continued to ignore me at counter while she laughed with coworker and answered phones. When finally addressed, they couldn’t find my room ready even though I already checked in and selected a room on the app. Clerk didn’t provide breakfast vouchers which we learned about after eating. In the room, the tub was chipped, everything metal had rust, the entire 12th floor smelled of marijuana, and we only had 2 towels for 4 people in a 2 night stay. Parking was not explained and a bit of a nightmare to figure out. Next morning service wasn’t better when I had to show proof of purchase for breakfast even though it was clearly called out in booking. Food was watery eggs, sausage or bacon, cream cheese and no bagels, and some fruit. The bacon was good though. This definitely didn’t check the mark for a Hilton property and as a Hilton Honors member, didn’t get any type of additional perk or acknowledgment. Our friend in another room as a Diamond member had an even worse experience with room quality, parking, service, and honoring what was booked already.
