Eu e meu marido passamos 4 noites no Hotel e foi muito bom! Café da manhã muito bom! A Maria que atende lá é super simpática! A área da piscina é muito agradável. O restaurante da piscina é muito bom, incluindo os drinks Os atendentes super atenciosos Acho que os únicos pontos negativos são o quarto não ter frigobar, e não ter disponibilidade de usar microondas ou algo assim pra esquentar algo Mas de resto, super recomendo

The staff was exceptionally nice and accommodating. Unfortunately, the room didn’t have a phone to call the front desk, so for each issue or question you’d have to walk down to the reception, very inconvenient. The room had no refrigerator, therefore, if you bought water or something needing refrigeration, you were out of luck. We had to ask for towels, appears the maid service forgot some of them, but they brought them quickly when asked, so again the staff was great at helping with a nice smile and were happy to help. The bar service was nice, the restaurant we tried to have breakfast, although a good selection, we wanted something more local, so decided to go out, the hotel was very close to many rests and cafés, and very good ones. Overall the hotel is great for what you’ve paying but width they had refrigerators in the rooms.

O Hotel fica no centro de Cáncun, é organizado, limpo, confortável e tem um ótimo custo benefício para quem pretende fazer os passeios em Cáncun. A area da piscina é bonita e agradavel, com toalhas fornecidas pelo hotel. O café da manhã é muito bom, servido no restaurante. Porém, o restaurante do hotel não tem almoço ou jantar, apenas o bar da piscina tem algumas poucas opcoes de lanches, sanduíches e pizzas. O atendimento, em geral, é otimo, mas o hotel nao tem estrutura voltada pro turismo, se precisar de informaçoes sobre passeios, você deve buscar por conta própria, na internet. Gostamos muito da nossa estadia no Adhara Hacienda Cáncun!

Très bon séjour à Adhara Cancun. Le petit déjeuner est top et le style de l'hôtel très joli qui nous met tout de suite dans l'ambiance du Mexique. Suite à notre passage à l'arrivée au Mexique nous avons repris notre dernière nuit au même endroit, car on s'est senti bien dans cet hôtel.

The greatest hotel to estay in Cancun. Extremely clean and all the staff y very helpful and courteous. Shout out for the bellman Mauro, hes recomendations to places to visit and restaurants around the area. Thank for the hospitality. Definitely will be back.

This hotel's location for me as I have stayed in downtown Cancun a few times now was by far the quietest as its location is on a street a few blocks east of the main thorough fare of what is Tulum . The ADO bus station is a short walk as is many Oxxo stores and a nice and big clean groceries store Soriana. Many restaurants seem to have opened on Nader street which said hotel is located all within walking distance and if you like walking adventuring about you will like the location of the hotel! Hotels been around a bit but staff do good job of cleaning her up. The breakfast was great felt like a mini all inclusive breakfast restaurant at a resort kudos to who ever is in charge because everyone was great especially the table crew I traveled with my cousin and since breakfast was included wedropped couple of bucks each for service and never had to serve ourselves anything since we were made guys the whole week...2 servers worked the pool bar after breakfast and another bonus for us as they were fun and helpful and they made us feel welcomed!! Pool area loungers need upgrading there are 24 and half need help..pool area is very nice for you sun worshippers sun is available from about 9 to 5:30 ish beforethe courtyard is sunless. There is a free shuttle to Mandela beach club which is in the middle of hotel zone you need to sign up at security as it fills fast and get coupon for beach club as you get in at half price and beach club was very nice especially the loungers and restro
