Loved the location! There was no coffee, no air conditioning, and the rooms had old towels and leaning towards uncomfortable beds. I was grateful for the fan I placed near a window.

We had a two night stay, the room was clean and the staff friendly and helpful. It’s located close to transport and a number of eateries. It appears to look a bit tired but we had no issues, the location definitely won us over. Have no hesitation in staying there again if visiting San Francisco in the future.

No ice machine. I requested a rollout bed two separate times and they promised me it would be dropped off at my room. But then the new staff person who is now on shift did not want to do it and said the room was too small for a rollout bed. Other than that, the hotel is in a good location and was clean.
